該設(shè)備主要用于不銹鋼、碳鋼、鋁等金屬材質(zhì)的浮球與端蓋之間的平焊縫焊接，法蘭與支管之間的角焊縫焊接。設(shè)備由PLC控制，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠，設(shè)備操作簡便。

The equipment is mainly used for flat welding between floating ball and end cover,fillet welding between flanges and round tubes,and straight welding of cylinders.The equipment is controlled by PLC,stable and reliable operation,easy operation.

應(yīng)用范圍Scope of application:

適用于碳鋼、不銹鋼及其它金屬材質(zhì)工件的環(huán)縫焊接?？珊附尤鐑?chǔ)氣筒、熱水器、消防筒、傳動(dòng)軸、減震器、消聲器、容器罐、管管對接、接法蘭、接彎頭三通等工件的環(huán)縫焊接。

Suitable for annular welding of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials workpieces.It can be similar to the appearance of the workpiece such as gas storage cylinder,water heater,fire tube,transmission shaft,shock absorber,muffler,container tank,pipe butt joint,pipe flange,pipe elbow tee ring welding.

1、主軸是由步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制，旋轉(zhuǎn)速度可從0開始調(diào)節(jié)，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，扭矩大。

The spindle is controlled by a stepper motor,rotation speed can be adjusted from 0,with stable operation and large torque.

2、裝夾方便，使用氣缸快速精準(zhǔn)地將工件固定住。

The clamping is convenient，using cylinder fast accurately the workpiece in place.

3、反面氬氣保護(hù)功能。

Argon protection on the reverse side.

4、氬弧焊送絲機(jī)送絲速度可從0開始調(diào)節(jié)，送絲平穩(wěn)，送絲量精準(zhǔn)可靠。
