該設(shè)備主要用于不銹鋼、碳鋼、鋁等金屬材質(zhì)工件的環(huán)縫仿形焊接。其懸臂縱深根據(jù)工件定制。完成一圈焊接后，自動回位，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率。仿形軌跡由PLC控制，不同規(guī)格無需更換夾具，省時省力。

The equipment is mainly used for ring seam copying welding of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials.Its cantilever depth is customized according to the workpieces.Complete a circle of welding,don’t need to return,greatly improve the production efficiency.Copying the trajectory is controlled by PLC,no need to change fixture for different specifications,saving time and effort.

主要特點Main features:

1、主軸可安裝仿形機構(gòu)實現(xiàn)異形焊縫的焊接。如馬鞍形，球形與圓形相貫線等。

The spindle can be equipped with a copying mechanism to realize the welding of special-shaped weld.Such as saddle-shaped,circular and spherical intersecting line,etc.

2、選配相貫線專用焊機，不同規(guī)格相貫線無需更換夾具，實現(xiàn)自動相貫線焊接，方便快捷。

3、主軸是由步進電機控制，旋轉(zhuǎn)速度可從0開始調(diào)節(jié)，運行平穩(wěn)，扭矩大。

4、氬弧焊送絲機送絲速度可從0開始調(diào)節(jié)，送絲平穩(wěn)，送絲量精準可靠。

The wire feeding speed of argon arc welding wire feeding machine can be adjusted from 0,with stable wire feeding and accurate and reliable wire feeding.

5、觸摸屏控制，操作簡單方便。
