進(jìn)口衛(wèi)生級U型三通隔膜閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

1、無菌隔膜閥獨(dú)特的密封結(jié)構(gòu)，杜絕了衛(wèi)生死角，有利于介質(zhì)自動排空和更利于CIP/SIP流程。

2、無菌隔膜閥根據(jù)其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：推薦15~30角度安裝(根據(jù)不同規(guī)格而定)，有利于閥門清洗后完全排泄，不易造成液體滯留閥門內(nèi)部。

3、閥體采用CNC精密加工，保證了閥腔的密封面與膜片孤度的吻合，減少了膜片的摩擦，延長其膜片的使用壽命。閥腔表面拋光可根據(jù)客戶要求進(jìn)行機(jī)械或電解拋光，拋光度可達(dá)到0.25um。

4、軟性彈性材料制成的隔膜對于那些被纖維團(tuán)、固體顆粒、催化物等污染的工作介質(zhì)不會產(chǎn)生敏感的反應(yīng)，一般來說也不會因此影響到閥門的工作和密封。根據(jù)工作或消毒的溫度，以及工作介質(zhì)的化學(xué)特性，可以選擇不同材料。

閥體和膜片的緊密配合提供閥體密封和閥座密封,確保了管道內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境完全隔絕,所以該閥門適用于無菌過程。
