德國洛克《DE LOCKE》進口通風蝶閥采用與閥體相同材料加工成密封圈，其適用溫度隨閥體選材而定，公稱壓力≤0.6MP工，一般適用工業(yè)、冶金、環(huán)保等管道作通風調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)流量之用。蝶閥的啟閉件是用圓形蝶板作啟閉件并隨閥桿轉(zhuǎn)動來開啟、關(guān)閉和調(diào)節(jié)流體通道的一種閥門。蝶閥的蝶板安裝于管道的直徑方向。在蝶閥閥體圓柱形通道內(nèi)，圓盤形蝶板繞著軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)，旋轉(zhuǎn)角度為0°~90°之間，旋轉(zhuǎn)到90°時，閥門則牌全開狀態(tài)。

The opening and closing parts of butterfly valve are a kind of valve which uses circular butterfly plate as the opening and closing parts and turns with the stem to open, close and adjust the fluid passage. Butterfly plate of butterfly valve is installed in diameter direction of pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of butterfly valve body, the disc butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0 ° and 90 ° and the valve plate is fully open when it is rotated to 90 °.
 

進口通風蝶閥安裝與維護：

1、安裝位置、高度、進出口方向必須符合設(shè)計要求，注意介質(zhì)流動的方向應(yīng)與閥體所標箭頭方向，連接應(yīng)牢固緊密。

2、閥門安裝前必須進行外觀檢查，閥門的銘牌應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《通用閥門標志》GB 12220的規(guī)定。對于工作壓力大于1.0 MPa 及在主干管上起到切斷作用的閥門，安裝前應(yīng)進行強度和嚴密性能試驗，合格后方準使用。強度試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，持續(xù)時間不少于5min，閥門殼體、填料應(yīng)無滲漏為合格。嚴密性試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍；試驗持續(xù)的時間符合GB 50243要求。

Installation and maintenance of inlet ventilation butterfly valve:
1. Installation position, height and direction of inlet and outlet must meet the design requirements. Note that the direction of medium flow shall be in the direction of arrow marked by the valve body, and the connection shall be firm and tight.
2. Before the valve is installed, the appearance inspection must be carried out. The nameplate of the valve shall conform to the current national standard general valve mark GB 12220. For valves with working pressure greater than 1.0MPa and acting as a cutoff on the main pipe, strength and tightness performance test shall be conducted before installation, and only after passing the test. During strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times of nominal pressure, and the duration is not less than 5min. It is qualified that the valve shell and packing should be free of leakage. When the tightness test is conducted, the test pressure is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; the test duration meets the requirements of GB 50243.
