進口銅球閥結構特點：

1、流體阻力小，球閥是所有閥類中流體阻力最小的一種，即使是縮徑球閥，其流體阻力也相當小。

2、開關迅速、方便，只要閥桿轉動90°，球閥就完成了全開或全關動作，很容易實現快速啟閉。

3、密封性能好。球閥閥座密封圈一般采用聚四氟乙烯等彈性材料制造，易于保證密封，而且球閥的密封力隨著介質壓力的增加而增大。

4、閥桿密封可靠。球閥啟閉時閥桿只作旋轉運動，因此閥桿的填料密封不易被破壞，而且閥桿倒密封的密封力隨著介質壓力的增加而增大。

5、球閥的啟閉只做90°轉動，故容易實現自動化控制和遠距離控制，球閥可配置氣動裝置、電動裝置、液動裝置、氣液聯動裝置或電液聯動裝置。

進口銅球閥安裝說明：

1、球閥前后管線已準備好。前后管道應同軸，兩法蘭密封面應平行。管道應能承受球閥的重量，否則管道上必須配有適當的支撐。

2、把閥前后管線吹掃干凈，清除掉管道內的油污、焊渣和一切其它雜質。

3、核對球閥的標志，查明球閥完好無損。將閥全開全閉數次證實其工作正常。

4、拆去球閥兩端連接法蘭上的保護件。

5、檢查閥孔清除可能有的污物，然后清洗閥孔。閥座與球之間即使僅有微小顆粒的異物也可能會損傷閥座密封面。

6、把閥裝上管線。閥的任何一端都可裝在上游端。用手柄驅動的閥可安裝在管道上的任意位置。但帶有齒輪箱或氣動驅動器的球閥應直立安裝，即安裝在水平管道上，且驅動裝置處于管道上方。

7、閥法蘭與管線法蘭間按管路設計要求裝上密封墊。

8、法蘭上的螺栓需對稱、逐次、均勻擰緊。

9、連接氣動管線（采用氣動驅動器時）。

10、操作驅動器啟、閉球閥數次，應靈活無滯澀，證實其工作正常。

11、按管路設計要求對管道與球閥間的法蘭結合面進行密封性能檢查。

Installation instructions for imported copper ball valve:
1. The front and rear pipelines of ball valve are ready. The front and rear pipes shall be coaxial and the sealing surfaces of two flange shall be parallel. The pipe shall be able to bear the weight of the ball valve, otherwise the pipe must be provided with proper support.
2. Clean the front and rear pipelines of the valve, remove the oil, welding slag and all other impurities in the pipeline.
3. Check the mark of ball valve and find out that the ball valve is intact. Open and close the valve fully several times to confirm that it works normally.
4. Remove the protection from the connecting flange at both ends of the ball valve.
5. Check the valve bore to remove possible dirt and then clean the valve bore. Even foreign matter with small particles between the seat and the ball may damage the sealing surface of the seat.
6. Install the valve in the line. Any end of the valve can be installed on the upstream end. The valve driven by handle can be installed in any position on the pipe. However, ball valves with gearbox or pneumatic drive shall be installed upright, i.e. on horizontal pipes and drive over the pipe.
7. Install gasket between valve flange and pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements.
8. The bolts on the flange shall be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly.
9. Connect the pneumatic line (when using the pneumatic driver).
10. Operate the driver to open and close the ball valve several times, and it shall be flexible and free from stagnation, and confirm that it works normally.
11. According to the requirements of pipeline design, the sealing performance inspection shall be conducted on the flange joint surface between the pipeline and ball valve.
