進(jìn)口真空球閥在真空系統(tǒng)中的作用：

1.開關(guān)氣路，當(dāng)閥1和閥4關(guān)閉，閥2打開時(shí)，機(jī)械真空泵Ⅲ對(duì)容器I抽真空，氣流流經(jīng)預(yù)真空抽氣管路；當(dāng)閥2關(guān)閉，閥4打開時(shí)，機(jī)械泵可單獨(dú)對(duì)擴(kuò)散泵抽真空；當(dāng)閥1和閥4同時(shí)打開時(shí)，擴(kuò)散泵和機(jī)械泵可同時(shí)工作，對(duì)容器進(jìn)行抽空，此時(shí)氣流流經(jīng)擴(kuò)散泵?？梢?，閥門在這種操作中的作用是開關(guān)氣路，改變氣流的流經(jīng)路線。

2.控制氣流大小，調(diào)節(jié)真空度在圖1中，調(diào)節(jié)閥1的閥蓋開啟角度，即可調(diào)節(jié)流經(jīng)管路的氣流量大小；關(guān)閉閥2和閥4，通過放氣閥3可以給機(jī)械泵Ⅲ的入口放成大氣；通過放氣閥5可以調(diào)節(jié)容器內(nèi)的真空度。

3.定量充氣，在玻璃閥的柱塞上有個(gè)一定體積的小洞，當(dāng)小洞轉(zhuǎn)向右邊和高壓氣瓶連通時(shí)，小洞中就可充滿高壓氣體；當(dāng)它轉(zhuǎn)向左邊和真空容器連通時(shí)，就把該體積的高壓氣體放進(jìn)容器中去，這樣就起到了定量充氣的作用。

Function of imported vacuum ball valve in vacuum system:
1. Switch the gas path. When valve 1 and valve 4 are closed and valve 2 is open, mechanical vacuum pump III vacuumizes the container I, and the air flows through the pre vacuum pumping pipeline. When valve 2 is closed and valve 4 is open, the mechanical pump can vacuum the diffusion pump alone. When valve 1 and valve 4 are opened at the same time, the diffusion pump and mechanical pump can work at the same time to empty the container, and the air flows through the diffusion pump. It can be seen that the role of the valve in this operation is to switch the gas path and change the flow path of the air.
2. Control the air flow and adjust the vacuum degree. In Figure 1, adjust the opening angle of the valve cover of valve 1 to adjust the air flow through the pipeline; close valve 2 and valve 4 to release the air to the inlet of mechanical pump III through vent valve 3; adjust the vacuum degree in the container through vent valve 5.
3. Quantitative inflation: there is a certain volume of small hole on the plunger of the glass valve. When the small hole turns to the right to connect with the high-pressure cylinder, the small hole can be filled with high-pressure gas; when it turns to the left to connect with the vacuum container, the volume of high-pressure gas is put into the container, which plays the role of quantitative inflation.
