進(jìn)口不銹鋼截止閥的啟閉件是塞形的閥瓣，密封面呈平面或錐面，閥瓣沿流體的中心線作直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。閥桿的運(yùn)動(dòng)形式，有升降桿式（閥桿升降，手輪不升降），也有升降旋轉(zhuǎn)桿式（手輪與閥桿一起旋轉(zhuǎn)升降，螺母設(shè)在閥體上）。截止閥只適用于全開和全關(guān)，不允許作調(diào)節(jié)和節(jié)流。

進(jìn)口不銹鋼截止閥施工、安裝要點(diǎn)：

1、安裝位置、高度、進(jìn)出口方向必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，連接應(yīng)牢固緊密。

2、安裝在保溫管道上的各類手動(dòng)閥門，手柄均不得向下。

3、安裝前必須進(jìn)行外觀檢查，閥門的銘牌應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《通用閥門標(biāo)志》GB 12220的規(guī)定。對于工作壓力大于1.0 MPa 及在主干管上起到切斷作用的閥門，安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和嚴(yán)密性能試驗(yàn)，合格后方準(zhǔn)使用。強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，持續(xù)時(shí)間不少于5min，閥門殼體、填料應(yīng)無滲漏為合格。嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍；試驗(yàn)壓力在試驗(yàn)持續(xù)的時(shí)間應(yīng)符合GB 50243標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，以閥瓣密封面無滲漏為合格。

4、手輪、手柄及傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，不允許作起吊用。

5、介質(zhì)的流向應(yīng)與閥體所示箭頭方向一致。

Key points of construction and installation of imported stainless steel stop valve:

3. Visual inspection must be carried out before installation, and the valve name plate shall comply with the current national standard "general valve marks" GB 12220. For the valve with working pressure greater than 1.0 MPa and cut-off function on the main pipe, the strength and tightness test shall be conducted before installation, and the valve can only be used after it is qualified. The test pressure of strength test shall be 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5min. The valve shell and packing shall be qualified if there is no leakage. The test pressure of the tightness test is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; the duration of the test pressure shall meet the requirements of GB 50243, and the valve disc sealing surface is qualified if there is no leakage.
4. Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed for lifting.
5. The flow direction of the medium shall be consistent with the arrow direction shown on the valve body.
