在一定流量范圍內(nèi)可控制該閥出口壓力為相對(duì)固定值。膜片的設(shè)計(jì)采用了特殊的形狀,旨在保證下游用水壓力波動(dòng)時(shí)減壓的準(zhǔn)確性。同時(shí)它能抗擊壓力瞬間的變化,耐老化,延長(zhǎng)了減壓閥的使用壽命。

進(jìn)口水用減壓閥安裝說(shuō)明:
1、安裝高壓氣體減壓閥之前必須對(duì)管路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)地沖洗清理,以防焊渣、氧化皮等臟物流入閥內(nèi),影響閥門正常工作。
2、高壓氣體減壓閥應(yīng)安裝在便于操作和維修的地方,并且必須直立安裝在水平管路上(見安裝示意圖)應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上箭頭所示方向一致,切勿裝反
3、高壓氣體減壓閥在安裝使用時(shí),應(yīng)先把旁通管路上的截止閥打開,排除管路中的冷凝水和汽水混合物,以防減壓閥開啟時(shí)產(chǎn)生水擊現(xiàn)象損壞減壓閥,當(dāng)無(wú)異?,F(xiàn)象后,按順時(shí)針方向緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘,將出口壓力調(diào)至所需要的壓力(以閥后表壓為準(zhǔn)),調(diào)整好后,將鎖緊螺母鎖緊,擰上防護(hù)罩。
4、減壓閥前應(yīng)安裝過(guò)濾器,以防止介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入減壓閥,影響其性能。
5、安裝的減壓閥前后應(yīng)有一段直管,閥前直管長(zhǎng)度約為600毫米,閥后直管長(zhǎng)度約為1000毫米。
Installation instructions for pressure reducing valve for imported water:

2. 3. When the high pressure gas pressure reducing valve is installed and used, the stop valve on the bypass pipeline should be opened first to remove the condensate water and steam water mixture in the pipeline, so as to prevent water hammer from damaging the pressure reducing valve when the pressure reducing valve is opened. When there is no abnormal phenomenon, slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (based on the gauge pressure behind the valve). After the adjustment, the outlet pressure should be adjusted, Lock the lock nut and screw on the protective cover.
4. A filter should be installed before the pressure reducing valve to prevent impurities in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.
5. There should be a straight pipe before and after the pressure reducing valve. The length of the straight pipe in front of the valve is about 600mm, and the length of the straight pipe behind the valve is about 1000mm.

德國(guó)洛克《DE LOCKE》進(jìn)口水用高壓減壓閥,Water high-pressure reducing valve也叫高壓調(diào)壓閥,主要由調(diào)節(jié)彈簧、膜片、活塞、閥座、閥瓣等零件組成,利用膜片直接傳感下游壓力驅(qū)動(dòng)閥瓣,控制閥瓣開度完成減壓穩(wěn)壓功能的閥門。較高閥前壓力32Mpa,出口減到0.1Mpa,適用于高壓或者高壓差的水流介質(zhì)場(chǎng)合,將進(jìn)口的高壓力減到并穩(wěn)定在需要的壓力值。
