德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口LYL長軸液下泵是按照國家標準及在LY泵的基礎上設計改造的，泵接軸方式：長軸分成二節(jié)或多節(jié)加工，接軸端每一端均車內(nèi)螺紋，兩軸通過螺柱連接，外面通過接軸套及接軸鍵固定其位置。這樣長軸靠接軸鍵傳遞扭矩，螺柱傳遞軸向力。增強了泵軸的同軸度，降低長軸的加工難度；采用多點支承方式，液面之上采用角接觸球軸承，液下每根軸都有軸襯支承，軸襯固定在滑動軸承體上，滑動軸承體與支承管相連；泵起動時，葉輪已浸沒在介質(zhì)中，因而起動容易，不存在排氣抽空問題；采用雙蝸殼泵體(口徑80mm上)，轉(zhuǎn)子部件受徑向力小，軸撓度小，軸襯磨損小，壽命長；從電機端看，泵為順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。其接觸液體的液下部分全部采用不銹鋼制造，根據(jù)用戶的工況需求，液下深度為1到8米不等，泵主機部分全部放置在液體內(nèi)，具有耐腐蝕范圍廣、效率高、軸聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠、拆卸方便等優(yōu)點，無需灌液即能抽送，由于泵運轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的軸向力及徑向力分別由滾動軸承和滑動軸承支撐，因此運行寧靜無噪音，是真正集環(huán)保與節(jié)能于一身的高科持產(chǎn)品、具有耐腐蝕性強、耐磨性好、機械強度高、不氧化、無毒素分解、食品級等特點。設計合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，性能可靠，使用維修方便，效率高，高效節(jié)能。
