進(jìn)口楔式閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
1、流動阻力小。閥體內(nèi)部介質(zhì)通道是直通的,介質(zhì)成直線流動,流動阻力小。
2、啟閉時較省力。是與截止閥相比而言,因?yàn)闊o論是開或閉,閘板運(yùn)動方向均與介質(zhì)流動方 向相垂直。
3、高度大,啟閉時間長。閘板的啟閉行程較大,降是通過螺桿進(jìn)行的。
4、水錘現(xiàn)象不易產(chǎn)生。原因是關(guān)閉時間長。
5、介質(zhì)可向兩側(cè)任意方向流動,易于安裝。閘閥通道兩側(cè)是對稱的。
6、結(jié)構(gòu)長度(系殼體兩連接端面之間的距離)較小。
7、密封面易磨損,影響使用壽命。啟閉時,閘板與閥座兩個密封面相互摩擦滑動,要介質(zhì)壓力作用下易產(chǎn)生擦傷磨損,影響密封性能,縮短使用壽命。
8、價(jià)格較貴。接觸密封面較多,加工較復(fù)雜,特別是閘板座上的密封面不易加工,而且零件較多。

進(jìn)口楔式閘閥的缺點(diǎn):
(1) 密封面易損傷
啟閉時閘板與閥座相接觸的兩密封而之間有相對摩擦,易損傷,影響密封件能與使用壽命,維修比較困難。
(2) 啟閉時間長,高度大
由于閘閥啟閉時須全開或全關(guān),閘板行程大,開啟用要一定的空間,外形尺寸高,安裝所需空間較大。
(3) 結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜
閘閥一般都有兩個密封面,給加工、研磨和維修增加一些,困難零件較多,制造與維修較困難,成本比截止閥高
進(jìn)口楔式閘閥工作原理:
1.本閥為楔式閘板閥,主要由閥體、閥座、閘板、閥桿、閥蓋、閥桿螺母、密封填料等零部件組成。
2.閥門的閥板、閥座、閥桿、填料墊采用不繡鋼制造而成,能滿足技術(shù)規(guī)范所明確的工況要求。
3.閥門的閥座采用浮動形式,能保證閥座與閘板的有效密封,閥座表面經(jīng)淬火處理,其表面硬度值為45~50HRC,從而具備了抗沖蝕、耐磨損的特點(diǎn),可有效保證產(chǎn)品的使用壽命。
4.閥門密封填料采用聚四氟乙烯材料,能保持常壓及高壓的正常密封。
5.逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪,閥門運(yùn)行打開動作,當(dāng)閥桿進(jìn)入上密封時,閘板導(dǎo)流孔與閥座孔完全接通,此時閥門完全打開;順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪,閥門運(yùn)行關(guān)閉動作,當(dāng)關(guān)閉到位后,實(shí)現(xiàn)密封副的密封。
Working principle of imported wedge gate valve:

4. The valve packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which can keep normal sealing under normal pressure and high pressure.
5. Rotate the hand wheel anticlockwise to open the valve. When the valve stem enters the upper seal, the gate guide hole and the valve seat hole are fully connected, and the valve is fully opened. Rotate the hand wheel clockwise to close the valve. When the valve is closed in place, the seal pair is sealed.
進(jìn)口楔式閘閥應(yīng)用范圍:
楔式閘閥廣泛適用于石油化工,火力發(fā)電廠等油品、水蒸氣管路上作接通或截?cái)喙苈分薪橘|(zhì)的啟閉裝置。
在各種類型的閥門中,閘閥是應(yīng)用最廣泛的一種。它一般只適用于全開或全閉,不能作調(diào)節(jié)和節(jié)流使用。
楔式閘閥一般用在對閥門的外形尺寸沒有嚴(yán)格要求,而且使用條件又比較苛刻的場合。如高溫高壓的工作介質(zhì),要求關(guān)閉件要保證長期密封的情況下等。
通常,使用條件或要求密封性能可靠,高壓,高壓截止(壓差大)、低壓截止(壓差小),低噪聲、有氣穴和汽化現(xiàn)象、高溫介質(zhì)、低溫(深冷)時,推薦使用楔式閘閥。如電力工業(yè)、石油煉制、石油化工、海洋石油、城市建設(shè)中的自來水工程和污水處理工程,化工等領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用較多。
