進(jìn)口低溫閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

1、低溫閘閥不銹鋼部件的制造過(guò)程應(yīng)按照粗加工、深冷處理(至少兩次)、精加工、研磨及無(wú)塵裝配的工藝流程進(jìn)行。

2、粗加工前，要求進(jìn)行常溫拉伸試驗(yàn)、彎曲試驗(yàn)以及低溫沖擊試驗(yàn)，還應(yīng)進(jìn)行硬度檢測(cè)、金相分析等。

3、精加工前至少對(duì)材料進(jìn)行兩次深冷處理，以減少閥門在低溫條件下尺寸的改變，降低溫度對(duì)密封性能的影響。低溫處理溫度應(yīng)低于材料相變溫度且低于閥門實(shí)際工作溫度。要求深冷處理時(shí)間1～2h，取出自然冷卻到常溫，重復(fù)循環(huán)2次。

4、每個(gè)零部件要求進(jìn)行超聲波清洗、表面脫脂或脫油，裝配后的閥門要求內(nèi)腔及外表面足夠清潔。
