二、進口氣動雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥描述:
德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口氣動雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥由多彈簧直行程氣動執(zhí)行器和直通雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥體組成。氣動雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥采用雙導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu),具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、動作靈敏、閥容量大、流量特性精確、拆裝方便等特點。氣動薄膜雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥閥體內(nèi)有上、下兩個閥芯,流體作用在上、下閥芯上的推力,其方向相反而大小接近,不平衡力很小,允許壓差大,額定流量系數(shù)比同口徑的單座閥大,但該閥的泄漏比單座閥大。氣動薄膜雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥適用于對泄露量要求不嚴格,閥前后壓差較大的干凈介質(zhì)場合。氣動雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、制藥、冶金、、電站等工業(yè)控制部門,主要控制氣體、液體、蒸汽等介質(zhì)。
二、 Description of inlet pneumatic double seat control valve:
German "de Locke" imported pneumatic double seat control valve is composed of multi spring straight stroke pneumatic actuator and straight through double seat control valve body. Pneumatic double seat control valve adopts double guide structure, which has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly and assembly. There are two valve cores in the valve body of pneumatic diaphragm double seat control valve. The thrust force of fluid acting on the upper and lower valve cores is opposite and similar in size. The unbalance force is very small, the allowable pressure difference is large, the rated flow coefficient is larger than that of single seat valve with the same diameter, but the leakage of the valve is larger than that of single seat valve. The pneumatic diaphragm double seat control valve is suitable for clean medium occasions where the leakage requirement is not strict and the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is large. Pneumatic double seat control valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, power plant and other industrial control departments, mainly controlling gas, liquid, steam and other media.
三、進口氣動雙座調(diào)節(jié)閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點:
1.閥體內(nèi)有上、下兩個閥芯,流體作用在上、下閥芯上的推力,其方向相反而大小接近,不平衡力很小,允許壓差大,額定流量系數(shù)比同口徑的單座閥大。

三、 Structural features of imported pneumatic double seat control valve:
1. There are upper and lower valve cores in the valve body. The thrust of fluid acting on the upper and lower valve cores is opposite in direction but similar in size. The unbalanced force is very small, the allowable pressure difference is large, and the rated flow coefficient is larger than that of single seat valve with the same diameter.
2. The leakage of the valve is larger than that of the single seat valve.
