進(jìn)口低溫蝶閥產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:
德國(guó)洛克《DE LOCKE》進(jìn)口低溫蝶閥專用結(jié)構(gòu)避免閥門泄漏閥門產(chǎn)生內(nèi)漏主要原因是密封副在低溫狀態(tài)下產(chǎn)生變形所致當(dāng)介質(zhì)溫度下降到使材料產(chǎn)生相變時(shí)造成體積變化,使原本研磨精度很高的密封面產(chǎn)生翹曲變形而造成低溫密封不良。進(jìn)口低溫蝶閥把常規(guī)的平面密封改為錐面密封。閥座是一個(gè)斜圓錐橢圓密封面,與嵌裝在蝶板上的正圓形彈性密封環(huán)組成密封副。密封環(huán)可在蝶板槽內(nèi)徑向浮動(dòng)。
當(dāng)閥門關(guān)閉時(shí),彈性密封環(huán)首先和橢圓密封面的短軸接觸,隨著閥桿的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)逐漸將密封環(huán)向內(nèi)推,迫使彈性環(huán)再和斜圓錐面的長(zhǎng)軸接觸,最終導(dǎo)致彈性密封環(huán)與橢圓密封面全部接觸。它的密封是依靠彈性環(huán)產(chǎn)生變形而達(dá)到的。因此當(dāng)閥體或蝶板在低溫下產(chǎn)生變形時(shí),都會(huì)被彈性密封環(huán)來(lái)吸收補(bǔ)償,不會(huì)產(chǎn)生泄漏和卡死現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)閥門打開時(shí)這一彈性變形立即消失,在啟閉過(guò)程中基本沒(méi)有相對(duì)磨擦,故使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
Introduction of imported low temperature butterfly valve products:
The special structure of low temperature butterfly valve imported from German Locke "de Locke" can avoid valve leakage. The main reason for valve internal leakage is that the sealing pair is deformed at low temperature. When the medium temperature drops to phase change, the volume changes, and the sealing surface with high grinding accuracy warps and deforms, resulting in poor low temperature sealing. The imported low temperature butterfly valve changes the conventional plane seal to the cone seal. The valve seat is an oblique conical elliptical sealing surface, which forms a sealing pair with a round elastic sealing ring embedded on the butterfly plate. The sealing ring can float in the inner diameter of butterfly plate groove.
When the valve is closed, the elastic sealing ring first contacts the short axis of the elliptical sealing surface, and gradually pushes the sealing ring inward with the rotation of the valve stem, forcing the elastic ring to contact the long axis of the inclined conical surface again, eventually leading to all contact between the elastic sealing ring and the elliptical sealing surface. Its sealing is achieved by the deformation of the elastic ring. Therefore, when the valve body or butterfly plate deforms at low temperature, it will be absorbed and compensated by the elastic sealing ring, and there will be no leakage and stuck phenomenon. When the valve is opened, the elastic deformation disappears immediately, and there is basically no relative friction in the process of opening and closing, so the service life is long.
