進(jìn)口渦輪蝶閥工作原理：

進(jìn)口渦輪蝶閥是指依靠介質(zhì)本身流動(dòng)而自動(dòng)開(kāi)、閉閥瓣，用來(lái)防止介質(zhì)倒流的閥門(mén)，一般又稱(chēng)為逆止閥、單向閥、逆流閥、和背壓閥。按結(jié)構(gòu)劃分，可分為升降式止回閥、旋啟式止回閥和蝶式止回閥三種。在安裝工業(yè)止回閥的時(shí)候要注意，在管道系統(tǒng)中不要讓止回閥承受重量，大型的止回閥應(yīng)獨(dú)立支撐，使之不受管道系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。安裝時(shí)注意介質(zhì)流動(dòng)的方向應(yīng)與閥體所標(biāo)箭頭方向一致。升降式垂直瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在垂直管道上。升降式水平瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在水平管道上。法蘭焊接工業(yè)止回閥要等閥門(mén)就位后，在進(jìn)行閥門(mén)的預(yù)熱及焊接時(shí)，渦輪蝶閥應(yīng)置于全開(kāi)位置，否則，在焊接過(guò)程中，球閥的閥球及閘閥的閘板上會(huì)沾上焊渣，投產(chǎn)時(shí)這些附著的焊渣會(huì)劃傷閥座密封，導(dǎo)致閥門(mén)內(nèi)漏，嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)導(dǎo)致閥門(mén)失效。工業(yè)止回閥焊接后，如需轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)閥門(mén)，應(yīng)采用手動(dòng)注脂填加潤(rùn)滑脂。確認(rèn)排污口、排壓口處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。

Lift type vertical disc check valve shall be installed on vertical pipeline. Lift type horizontal disc check valve shall be installed on horizontal pipeline. When the flange welding industrial check valve is in place, the turbine butterfly valve should be placed in the full open position during the preheating and welding of the valve. Otherwise, during the welding process, the ball of the ball valve and the gate of the gate valve will be stained with welding slag, which will scratch the valve seat seal when it is put into production, leading to internal leakage of the valve, and even failure of the valve. If it is necessary to rotate the industrial check valve after welding, manual grease filling should be used.
