進口防爆電動球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點:

1、由于聚四氟乙烯等材料具有良好的自潤滑性，與球體的摩擦損失小，幫球閥的使用壽命長。

2、下裝式閥桿和閥桿頭部凸階防止閥桿噴出，如火災造成閥桿封破壞，凸階與閥體間還可形成金屬接觸，確保閥桿密封。

進口防爆電動球閥工作原理:

進口防爆電動球閥通過接受防爆電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)輸出的4-20MA的控制信號來驅(qū)動球閥閥芯旋轉(zhuǎn)90°達到對管道內(nèi)介質(zhì)的切斷與調(diào)節(jié)。防爆O型球閥旋轉(zhuǎn)90°后要做切斷作用；防爆V型球閥旋轉(zhuǎn)90°后是做調(diào)節(jié)作用。

進口防爆電動球閥安裝說明:

（1）取掉法蘭端兩邊的保護蓋，在閥完全打開的狀態(tài)下進行沖洗清潔。

（2）安裝前應按規(guī)定的信號（電動或氣動）進行整機測試（防止因運輸產(chǎn)生振動影響使用性能），合格后方可上線安裝（接線按電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)線路圖）。

（3）準備與管道連接前，須沖洗和清除干凈管道中殘存的雜質(zhì)（這些物質(zhì)可能會損壞閥座和球）。

（4）在安裝期間，請不要用閥的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)部分作為起重的吊裝點，以避免損壞執(zhí)行機構(gòu)及附件。

（5）本類閥應安裝在管道的水平方向或垂直方向。

（6）安裝點附近的管道不可有低垂或者承受外力的現(xiàn)象，可以用管道支架或者支撐物來消除管線的偏離。

（7）與管道連接后，請用規(guī)定的扭矩交叉鎖緊法蘭連接螺栓。

Installation instructions of imported explosion proof electric ball valve:
(1) Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, and flush and clean the valve when it is fully open.
(2) Before installation, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) (to prevent the vibration caused by transportation from affecting the service performance), and it can be installed online only after it is qualified (wiring according to the circuit diagram of electric actuator).
(3) Before preparing to connect with the pipe, the residual impurities in the pipe must be washed and removed (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
(4) During the installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as the lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
(5) This kind of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
(6) The pipeline near the installation point shall not be sagging or bear external force, and the pipeline support or support can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
(7) After connecting with the pipe, cross lock the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
