進口高壓角式截止閥工作原理：

簡單來說截止閥的原理就是利用閥桿扭力給密封面一個向下壓力，依靠閥杠壓力，使閥瓣密封面與閥座密封面緊密貼合，阻止介質(zhì)的流入或者用來調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)的流速。截止閥的啟閉件是圓柱形的閥瓣，密封面呈平面或錐面，閥瓣沿流體的中心線作直線運動。閥桿的運動方式，有升降桿式（閥桿升降，手輪不升降），也有升降旋轉(zhuǎn)桿式（手輪與閥桿一起旋轉(zhuǎn)升降，螺母設在閥體上）。截止閥屬于強制密封式閥門，所以在閥門關(guān)閉時，必須向閥瓣施加壓力，以強制密封面不泄漏。

德國洛克《DE LOCKE》進口高壓角式截止閥的啟閉件是塞形的閥瓣，密封面呈平面或錐面，閥瓣沿流體的中心線作直線運動。高壓角式截止閥又稱角閥，閥桿的運動形式，有升降桿式（閥桿升降，手輪不升降），也有升降旋轉(zhuǎn)桿式（手輪與閥桿一起旋轉(zhuǎn)升降，螺母設在閥體上）。只適用于全開和全關(guān)，不允許作調(diào)節(jié)和節(jié)流。截止閥屬于強制密封式閥門，所以在閥門關(guān)閉時，必須向閥瓣施加壓力，以強制截止閥的密封面不泄漏。當介質(zhì)由閥瓣下方進入閥門時，操作力所需克服的阻力，是閥桿和填料的摩擦力與由介質(zhì)的壓力所產(chǎn)生的推力，關(guān)“高壓角式截止閥” 的力比開“高壓角式截止閥”的力大，所以閥桿的直徑要大，否則會發(fā)生閥桿頂彎的故障。

When the medium enters the valve from below the disc, the resistance to be overcome by the operating force is the friction between the stem and packing and the thrust generated by the medium pressure. The force to close the "high pressure angle globe valve" is greater than that to open the "high pressure angle globe valve", so the diameter of the stem should be larger, otherwise the stem will be bent.
