進口不銹鋼截止閥的啟閉件是塞形的閥瓣，密封面呈平面或錐面，閥瓣沿流體的中心線作直線運動。閥桿的運動形式，有升降桿式（閥桿升降，手輪不升降），也有升降旋轉桿式（手輪與閥桿一起旋轉升降，螺母設在閥體上）。截止閥只適用于全開和全關，不允許作調節(jié)和節(jié)流。

The opening and closing parts of stainless steel stop valve are plug shaped valve discs, and the sealing surface is flat or conical. The valve disc moves in a straight line along the center line of the fluid. The movement of the valve stem includes the lifting rod type (the valve rod is lifted and the handwheel does not rise or fall), and there is also a lifting and rotating rod type (the handwheel rotates and lifts with the stem, and the nut is set on the valve body). 進口不銹鋼截止閥施工、安裝要點：

1、安裝位置、高度、進出口方向必須符合設計要求，連接應牢固緊密。

2、安裝在保溫管道上的各類手動閥門，手柄均不得向下。

3、安裝前必須進行外觀檢查，閥門的銘牌應符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《通用閥門標志》GB 12220的規(guī)定。對于工作壓力大于1.0 MPa 及在主干管上起到切斷作用的閥門，安裝前應進行強度和嚴密性能試驗，合格后方準使用。強度試驗的試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，持續(xù)時間不少于5min，閥門殼體、填料應無滲漏為合格。嚴密性試驗的試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍；試驗壓力在試驗持續(xù)的時間應符合GB 50243標準要求，以閥瓣密封面無滲漏為合格。

4、手輪、手柄及傳動機構，不允許作起吊用。

5、介質的流向應與閥體所示箭頭方向一致。

The test pressure of strength test shall be 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5min. The valve shell and packing shall be qualified if there is no leakage. The test pressure of the tightness test is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; the duration of the test pressure shall meet the requirements of GB 50243, and the valve disc sealing surface is qualified if there is no leakage.
4. Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed for lifting.
5. The flow direction of the medium shall be consistent with the arrow direction shown on the valve body.
