進口內(nèi)螺紋疏水閥工作原理：1、當(dāng)設(shè)備剛啟動時，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和冷凝水，此時浮球在雙金屬片的支撐下遠(yuǎn)離閥,閥口打開，空氣和冷凝水迅速排出，實現(xiàn)快速啟動。2、熱凝水進入疏水閥，閥內(nèi)溫度迅速上升，溫度到達飽和溫度之前，雙金屬片感溫變形伸直。3、當(dāng)凝結(jié)水停止進入疏水閥時，浮球隨液位下降關(guān)閉閥口，由于閥座總是在凝結(jié)水液位以下，形成水封，無蒸汽泄漏。4、當(dāng)熱凝水再次進入疏水閥時，浮球隨凝結(jié)水液位自動調(diào)節(jié)閥口大小。

When the hot condensate enters the drain valve again, the floating ball will automatically adjust the size of the valve port with the condensate level.
