德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口保溫安全閥按照美標ANSI及API規(guī)范設計制造，閥體外殼采用保溫結(jié)構(gòu)設計，可保證介質(zhì)的溫度損失，全啟式設計，排量大。整定壓力偏差小，可達±3%；啟閉壓差≤15%；選用優(yōu)質(zhì)的彈簧鋼，保證彈簧的壽命和穩(wěn)定性；平面結(jié)構(gòu)的閥瓣和閥座易于維修和重新加工；整定壓力范圍大:0.06～5.0MPa；閥體外殼采用保溫結(jié)構(gòu)設計,主要用于各類易結(jié)晶、粘稠度較高介質(zhì)的系統(tǒng)中，保溫夾套設計，利用外部熱源在閥門的外部循環(huán)加熱，有效的防止介質(zhì)通過閥門時的溫度損失，保證介質(zhì)的溫度。該閥門的夾套焊裝于閥門的兩法蘭之間，閥門的側(cè)面、底部設置有夾套的連接口，夾套中可自由地循環(huán)蒸汽、導熱油或其它的保溫介質(zhì)，確保粘稠介質(zhì)可順暢地流過閥門。保溫閥對工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中大量的閥門采取良好的保溫措施，不僅能獲得良好的節(jié)能效果，而且也可以提高閥門的安全可靠性，延長閥門使用壽命。
