進口電動隔膜閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1.進口電動隔膜閥是由閥體、閥蓋、閥桿、閥瓣、隔膜、電動裝置和其它驅(qū)動零件等組成。

2.電動隔膜閥的啟閉是由電動裝置的連接軸驅(qū)動閥桿螺母，使閥桿作軸向運動時，帶動閥瓣升降而達到的。

3.當需恢復電動操作時，必須將“切換手柄”轉(zhuǎn)換至刻有電動標記的位置上，方可進行電動操作。

4.電動襯膠隔膜閥可根據(jù)不同的襯里材質(zhì)，適用于不同溫度下的一般腐蝕性流體管路上作為控制介質(zhì)流動的啟閉機構(gòu)。

5.當電源發(fā)生故障而中斷時，且閥門急需啟閉的緊急狀況下，首先應將“手—電動切換手柄”轉(zhuǎn)換至刻有手動標記的位置上，然后可通過旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪使閃門啟閉。當順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時，閥門即可關(guān)閉；反之則開啟。

Structural features of imported electric diaphragm valve:

1. The imported electric diaphragm valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, stem, disc, diaphragm, electric device and other driving parts.

2. The opening and closing of the electric diaphragm valve is achieved by driving the stem nut by the connecting shaft of the electric device, so that when the valve rod moves axially, it drives the valve disc to rise and fall.

3. When the electric operation needs to be restored, the "switch handle" must be switched to the position marked with electric mark before the electric operation can be carried out.

4. According to different lining materials, the electric rubber lined diaphragm valve can be used as the opening and closing mechanism to control the flow of medium on the general corrosive fluid pipeline at different temperatures.

5. When the power supply is interrupted due to power failure and the valve is in urgent need of opening and closing, the "hand electric switch handle" should be first switched to the position marked with manual mark, and then the flash door can be opened and closed by rotating the hand wheel. When rotating clockwise, the valve can be closed; otherwise, it can be opened.

進口電動隔膜閥工作原理：

隔膜閥是一種特殊形式的截斷閥，它的啟閉件是一塊用軟質(zhì)材料制成的隔膜，把閥體內(nèi)腔與閥蓋內(nèi)腔及驅(qū)動部件隔開。隔膜把下部閥體內(nèi)腔與上部閥蓋內(nèi)腔隔開，使位于隔膜上方的閥桿、閥瓣等零件不受介質(zhì)腐蝕，省去了填料密封結(jié)構(gòu)，且不會產(chǎn)生介質(zhì)外漏。以壓縮空氣為動力帶動傳動螺桿，使閥芯上下運動，同時拉動膜片上下運動使其關(guān)閉和打開。
