功能特點(diǎn)

◇機(jī)械主電路采用臺(tái)灣進(jìn)口 PLC 控制工作，操作集中簡(jiǎn)易、靈敏，維修方便；

◇自動(dòng)送料，無(wú)間斷送料采用日本“富士”伺服電機(jī)，精密絲桿、切割精度達(dá)到 ±0.03mm；

◇計(jì)數(shù)器可設(shè)置加工數(shù)量、或自動(dòng)停機(jī)、或累計(jì)當(dāng)天工作量；前后壓力可無(wú)段調(diào)整，確保工件無(wú)夾傷不變形；

◇加工尺寸變更時(shí)，無(wú)需手動(dòng)硬件定位，只需在文本顯示器上改動(dòng)

相關(guān)尺寸數(shù)據(jù)即可工作；

◇針對(duì)鋁型材、銅材、有機(jī)材料、塑鋼性材料、碳纖等有顯著效果，切割無(wú)毛刺，對(duì)切割后的屑沫集中回收，冷卻液能循環(huán)使用，具有高效、省時(shí)、省料的特點(diǎn)。
