雷城電阻專業(yè)生產(chǎn)高精密電阻，迄今已有25年，有金屬膜無引線電阻（又稱MELF電阻/晶圓電阻/RJM系列電阻/MMA0204/MMB0207系列電阻等），金屬膜精密電阻（RJ系列）；高壓電阻（RG系列/抗浪涌電阻），高壓無引線電阻（高壓MELF電阻/RGM系列）等

      MELF電阻，又稱晶圓電阻。此電阻誕生于1998年，當(dāng)時(shí)是由于歐洲氣候寒冷，外部環(huán)境溫度非常低下，電表數(shù)據(jù)不穩(wěn)定，因此，在電表中原來采用0805的片狀電阻耐負(fù)荷不夠，穩(wěn)定性能不好，而開始使用MELF電阻替代，解決了電表不穩(wěn)定的性能。敝司于2000年的時(shí)候，應(yīng)德國電力公司安諾和法國電力公司力雅的需要，開始生產(chǎn)MELF電阻。
