盛雷城精密電阻有限公司于2016年1月23日在江西省贛州市、深圳市、上海市同步舉辦迎春年會，全體員工和部分員工家屬都出席了年會。

會上，董事長致祝酒詞，總結(jié)了2015年盛雷城精密電阻有限公司取得的優(yōu)異成績和輝煌業(yè)績，表彰了員工，提出了2016年度的公司規(guī)劃，與增長目標，還有新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計劃等等。并向員工頒發(fā)了獎金以資鼓勵。

員工廖菊芬創(chuàng)造了連續(xù)4年工作時間里保持全勤的記錄，沒有請假，沒有遲到，沒有早退，而且在工作時間里兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，認真努力地完成了全部工作任務(wù)和計劃，還有很多超額完成的優(yōu)良記錄！在大會上，得到了特別嘉獎和獎勵！
