盛雷城精密電阻有限公司正在進行設備更新升級改造工程，

計劃將所有的YAG激光刻槽機全部升級為光纖激光器，并將所有的半導體激光打標機正更換半導體之前，也更新升級為光纖激光。

光纖激光器作為第三代激光技術的代表，具有以下優(yōu)勢：

（1）玻璃光纖制造成本低、技術成熟及其光纖的可饒性所帶來的小型化、集約化優(yōu)勢；

（2）玻璃光纖對入射泵浦光不需要像晶體那樣的嚴格的相位匹配，這是由于玻璃基質Stark 分裂引起的非均勻展寬造成吸收帶較寬的緣故；

（3）玻璃材料具有極低的體積面積比，散熱快、損耗低，所以轉換效率較高，激光閾值低；

（8）勝任惡劣的工作環(huán)境，對灰塵、震蕩、沖擊、濕度、溫度具有很高的容忍度。

（9）不需熱電制冷和水冷，只需簡單的風冷。

（10）高的電光效率：綜合電光達20%以上，大幅度節(jié)約工作時的耗電，節(jié)約運行成本。
