KYN88-12縱旋移開式戶內(nèi)交流金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備，是維能電氣自主研發(fā)的新一代戶內(nèi)中壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備。產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計(jì)理念上實(shí)現(xiàn)了手車柜與固定柜復(fù)合設(shè)計(jì)、斷路器與隔離開關(guān)復(fù)合設(shè)計(jì)及智能化融合設(shè)計(jì)。其主回路采用后、中、前的縱向布置方式，主要一次元器件從上至下直接聯(lián)結(jié)，使主回路毋須分支母線過渡及其他絕緣支撐，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊，通風(fēng)散熱好，隔離斷口可視安全。產(chǎn)品適用于額定電壓12kV、額定頻率50Hz的戶內(nèi)三相交流電力系統(tǒng)，是工礦企業(yè)、變電所及發(fā)電廠等受、配電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制、保護(hù)、監(jiān)測(cè)的成套配電設(shè)備。

1. 斷路器功能復(fù)合，安全可靠 Circuit breaker is safe and reliable with composite functions

主開關(guān)ZN118縱旋隔離真空斷路器是集真空斷路器、隔離開關(guān)及連鎖機(jī)構(gòu)于一體的功能復(fù)合斷路器，它將開斷、隔離、連鎖三大功能有機(jī)集成為一體，既具有斷路器功能，還具有隔離開關(guān)功能，操作簡(jiǎn)單，安全可靠。

ZN118 longitudinal rotation isolating vacuum circuit breaker, as the main switch-gear, is a composite electrical equipment with multiple functions integrated by vacuum circuit, disconnecting switch and interlocking mechanism, having the characteristics of easy operation and reliable properties.

2. 簡(jiǎn)單可靠的主回路，利于散熱 Main circuit is reliable and simple with effective heat dissipation

主回路由縱向水平布置的匯流主母線，縱旋隔離真空斷路器、電流互感器、接地開關(guān)及電纜頭等元件組成，從上至下垂直互聯(lián)，元件之間無(wú)過渡支母線及其支撐件連接，導(dǎo)電路徑短，功率損失小，氣流通道上下貫通，加速熱量散發(fā)，降低了溫升。

Main circuit consists of bus master with longitudinally horizontal arrangement, longitudinal rotation isolating vacuum circuit breaker, current transformer, grounding switch, cable head and other components. The components connected each other longitudinally without transition branch bus and supporting elements, but with short conductive path , low power loss, clear air passage that can fasten the heating dissipation and lower the temperature rise.

3. 明顯可見的隔離窗口 Visible isolation window

縱旋隔離真空斷路器手車從工作位置到試驗(yàn)位置（隔離位置），無(wú)需移動(dòng)手車，可手動(dòng)和電動(dòng)操作，操作者可通過柜前面板上的觀察窗，直接看到動(dòng)觸頭與靜觸頭咬合和隔離動(dòng)作的全過程，使操作者的安全更有保障。

The handcart of longitudinal rotation isolating vacuum circuit breaker can shift from working position to testing position(disconnecting position) without moving it. It can be operated by hand or electric. The whole process of connection and disconnection between moving contact and static contact can be observed by users from the sightglass on the front panel,which can guarantee the safety of the users.

4. 小型化柜型設(shè)計(jì)的典范 Classic design of miniaturized cabinet

主要配套元件都進(jìn)行了功能復(fù)合化設(shè)計(jì)和相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，額定電流1250A 及以下的柜寬做到650mm，額定電流1600-2500A的柜寬做到850mm，額定電流3150A（自然風(fēng)冷）、4000A（強(qiáng)制風(fēng)冷）的柜寬做到1000mm，開關(guān)設(shè)備既可靠墻安裝，又可雙面安裝，是同類空氣開關(guān)設(shè)備小型化的典范。主回路所有的空氣絕緣距離均大于125mm。

Main supporting components are developed the design of composite function and other optimization designs by our technical section. The cabinet with 1250A or below current can be made 650mm in width, the 1600-2500A can be made 850mm , the 3150A(natural ventilation) and the 4000A (forced ventilation) can be made 1000mm. The switch-gears, becoming the model of miniaturized air switching equipment, apply to wall arrangement or double-sided installation.

 可遠(yuǎn)程電動(dòng)操作縱旋隔離真空斷路器、接地開關(guān)，方便故障線路快速隔離，非故障線路快速恢復(fù)，實(shí)時(shí)在線溫升監(jiān)測(cè)、機(jī)械特性監(jiān)測(cè)、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、局放監(jiān)測(cè)、遠(yuǎn)程計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控、手機(jī)APP監(jiān)控功能，滿足無(wú)人值守變電站和智能電網(wǎng)的要求。

Longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker and grounding switch can be remotely operated by electricity, which will quickly disconnect the fault circuit and restore the non-fault circuit. It also can conduct a series of detection of temperature rise ,mechanical properties , machine’s condition and partial discharge under the monitoring via computer and APP in phone , which meets the demands of unattended substation and intelligent power network.
