巴氏殺菌鍋：

1、均一的水流交換方式，溫度均一，無死角殺菌槽里的水緩慢有序的流動，保證了殺菌鍋內(nèi)從升溫、保溫到降溫，任意點(diǎn)的熱分布均一，使托盤內(nèi)的不同位置的包裝食品殺菌均勻，杜絕了殺菌死角，同時(shí)使產(chǎn)品的保質(zhì)期更加穩(wěn)定和長久。

2、高溫短時(shí)間滅菌本機(jī)采用雙罐熱水循環(huán)進(jìn)行殺菌，殺菌模式先將熱水加熱到要求溫度，從而縮短了滅菌時(shí)間，提高了工作效率。

3、殺菌精度高本機(jī)采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)，利用熱水循環(huán)、浸泡式殺菌，殺菌過程中對溫度、壓力、殺菌時(shí)間自動控制。

4、節(jié)約能源本機(jī)殺菌過程中的工作介質(zhì)可循環(huán)利用，節(jié)約了能源、時(shí)間及人力、物力的消耗，降低了生產(chǎn)成本。

5、技術(shù)要求

a、本設(shè)備按《鋼制壓力容器》進(jìn)行制造、檢驗(yàn)、驗(yàn)收，并接受《壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》的監(jiān)督。

b、焊接采用電弧焊，焊接規(guī)程中規(guī)定，手弧焊焊條牌號不銹鋼之間為A102，碳鋼與不銹鋼之間為A302，碳鋼之間為J426，自動焊采用H0Cr21N10，焊劑HJ260。

c、焊接接頭型式及尺寸除圖中注明外，其余均按HG20583-1998中規(guī)定，角焊縫焊腳尺寸按較薄板的厚度，法蘭的焊接按相關(guān)法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。

d、容器上A、B焊接接頭應(yīng)進(jìn)行射線檢測，檢測長度不得少于各條焊接接頭長度的20%且不小于250mm，結(jié)果符合規(guī)定中Ⅲ級為合格。

e、設(shè)備制造完畢后，以0.44Mpa的壓力進(jìn)行水試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)控制水中的氯離子含量不大于25ppm。本設(shè)備是由雙層殺菌釜延伸開發(fā)的新型產(chǎn)品，其殺菌效果與雙層殺菌釜相同，產(chǎn)量比其提高1倍。殺菌用的熱水可在兩殺菌釜間循環(huán)使用，用戶可大大降低投資成本。

Double pot (multi-pot) parallel sterilizing pot:

1. 3. The machine uses advanced technology, hot water circulation and immersion terilization. It can automatically control temperature, pressure and sterilization time in the sterilization process.

4. The working medium in the sterilization process of the energy-saving machine can be recycled, which saves energy, time, manpower and material resources, and reduces the production cost.

5. Technical Requirements

A. The equipment is manufactured, inspected and checked in accordance with the "Steel Pressure Vessel" and is subject to the supervision of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulatios for Pressure Vessels".

B. Arc welding is used for welding. According to the welding regulatios, A102 is between stainless steel of manual arc welding rod, A302 is between carbon teel and stainless steel, J426 is between carbon teel, H0Cr21N10 is used for automatic welding and HJ260 is used for flux.

C. Except as indicated in the drawings, the type and size of welded joints are stipulated in HG20583-1998. The size of fillet weld foot is determined by the thickness of thin plate, and the welding of flange is regulated by relevant flange standards.

D. The A and B welded joints on containers should be tested by X-ray. The length of inspection hould not be less than 20% of the length of each welded joint and not less than 250 mm. The results meet the requirements of grade III qualified.

E. After the equipment is manufactured, the water test is carried out at a pressure of 0.44 Mpa. The chloride ion content in the water should be controlled not more than 25 ppm during the test. This equipment is a new product eveloped by the extension of double-deck sterilizing kettle. Its sterilizing effect is the same as that of double-deck sterilizing kettle, and its output is twice as high as that of double-deck sterilizing kettle. Hot water for sterilization can be recycled between two sterilization kettles, which can greatly reduce the investment cost of users..

四、間接加熱和冷卻，阻止二次污染

循環(huán)水通過板式熱交換器被間接地加熱或冷卻，鍋內(nèi)循環(huán)水在加熱或冷卻時(shí)一直處于無菌狀態(tài)，殺菌完畢，鍋內(nèi)表面和包裝袋表面的水滴吹干后，也不會留下白色的水垢小點(diǎn)，整個(gè)包裝袋透明、升溫快干凈，阻止二次污染。
