送料架

    送料架采用烤漆工藝，重達(dá)65KG，真材實(shí)料。20mm直徑的高碳鉻軸承鋼，經(jīng)過多道復(fù)雜工序精加工而成，在保證材料強(qiáng)度滿足使用要求的同時(shí)，確保表面光滑，與定位擋板緊密配合。所有方管均采用2mm壁厚的A3（Q235）鋼制作，確保支架牢固不易變形。手動鋸

   金王鋸片的鋸齒超硬鋒利，禁止碰撞、掉落地上，必須輕拿輕放。

   裝完金王鋸片后，必須確認(rèn)鋸片的中心孔是否牢固地固定；然后，輕輕地用手推動鋸片確認(rèn)鋸片轉(zhuǎn)動是否偏心晃動。

   預(yù)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間：更換金王鋸片后，使用前需預(yù)轉(zhuǎn)一分鐘，觀察是否存在異常。確認(rèn)切割機(jī)正常后，才能進(jìn)行切割。

   切割前，必須確認(rèn)金王鋸片的用途是否與被切割的材料一致。金王鋸片僅用作切割鋁型材的，不適宜切割不銹鋼或木材等其他材料。
