德國(guó)《LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口不銹鋼閘閥(Stainless steel gate valve)主要用于石油、化工、冶金、制藥等各類系統(tǒng)中，閥門的保溫夾套焊裝于閥門的兩法蘭之間，閥門的側(cè)面、底部設(shè)置有保溫夾套的連接口，保溫夾套中可自由地流過蒸汽，導(dǎo)熱油或其它熱的保溫介質(zhì)，確保粘稠介質(zhì)可順暢地流過閥門，而不會(huì)凝固，降溫。

進(jìn)口保溫不銹鋼閘閥適用子公稱壓力PNl．0—10．0MPa、Classl50—600、JISlOK—20K，工作溫度-29—425℃(碳鋼)、-40—500℃(不銹鋼)的管路上作啟閉用，并能保溫和防止介。

三、進(jìn)口不銹鋼閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

采用奧氏體不銹鋼，對(duì)氧化性酸介質(zhì)擁有良好的耐蝕性。

介質(zhì)流經(jīng)不銹鋼閘閥時(shí)不改變其流動(dòng)方向，流體阻力小。

閘板運(yùn)動(dòng)方向與介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向相垂直，啟閉力矩小，開閉較省力。

介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向不受限制，不擾流、不降低壓力，介質(zhì)可從閘閥兩側(cè)任意方向流過、均能達(dá)到使用的目的，最適用于介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向可能改變的管路中。

閘板垂直置于閥體內(nèi)，結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)度較短。

密封性能好。全開時(shí)密封面受沖蝕較小。

The movement direction of the ram is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium, the opening and closing moment is small, and the opening and closing is labor-saving.

The flow direction of medium is unrestricted, does not disturb the flow and does not reduce the pressure. The medium can flow in any direction from both sides of the gate valve to achieve the purpose of use. It is most suitable for the pipeline where the flow direction of medium may change.

The ram is vertically placed in the valve body, with short structure length.
