德國(guó)《LOCKE》洛克-進(jìn)口鐘型浮子式蒸汽疏水閥只有一個(gè)半浮球式的球桶為活動(dòng)部件，開(kāi)口朝下，球桶即是啟閉件，又是密封件。整個(gè)球面都可為密封，使用壽命很長(zhǎng)，能抗水錘，沒(méi)有易損件，無(wú)故障，經(jīng)久耐用，無(wú)蒸汽泄漏。背壓率大于80%，能排飽和溫度凝結(jié)水，最小過(guò)冷度為0℃，加熱設(shè)備里不存水，能使加熱設(shè)備達(dá)到最佳換熱效率。

當(dāng)裝置剛啟動(dòng)時(shí)，管道內(nèi)的空氣和低溫凝結(jié)水經(jīng)過(guò)發(fā)射管進(jìn)入疏水閥內(nèi)，閥內(nèi)的雙金屬片排空元件把球桶彈開(kāi)，閥門(mén)開(kāi)啟，空氣和低溫凝結(jié)水迅速排出。當(dāng)蒸汽進(jìn)入球桶內(nèi)，球桶產(chǎn)生向上浮力，同時(shí)閥內(nèi)的溫度升高，雙金屬片排空元件收縮，球捅漂向閥口，閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。當(dāng)球桶內(nèi)的蒸汽變成凝結(jié)水，球桶失去浮力往下沉，閥門(mén)開(kāi)啟，凝結(jié)水迅速排出。當(dāng)蒸汽再進(jìn)入球桶之內(nèi)，閥門(mén)再關(guān)閉，間斷和連續(xù)工作。

When the steam enters the ball barrel again, the valve is closed again, intermittent and continuous operation.
