一、進(jìn)口高純氣體鋼瓶減壓閥產(chǎn)品簡介：

德國LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口高純氣體鋼減壓閥，就是將高純氣體鋼瓶中的高壓氣體減為實(shí)驗(yàn)及工況所需的低壓氣體壓力的減壓閥。采用活塞式減壓結(jié)構(gòu)，輸出壓力穩(wěn)定，主要用于石油化工、化纖、照明電器、熱處理、冶金、玻璃、食品、醫(yī)藥、電子、國防航天等主導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域的高純氣體鋼瓶的出口減壓。

高純氣體一般都是貯存在專用的高壓氣體鋼瓶中，使用時(shí)通過減壓閥使氣體壓力降至實(shí)驗(yàn)所需范圍，再經(jīng)過其它控制閥門細(xì)調(diào)，使氣體輸入使用系統(tǒng)。由于高純氣體氣瓶內(nèi)壓力較高，而氣焊和氣割和使用點(diǎn)所需的壓力卻較小，所以需要用減壓器來把高純氣體儲(chǔ)存在氣瓶內(nèi)的較高壓力的氣體降為低壓氣體，并應(yīng)保證高純氣體所需的工作壓力自始至終保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。進(jìn)口高純氣體減壓器是將高壓高純氣體降為低壓氣體、并保持輸出高純氣體的壓力和流量穩(wěn)定不變的調(diào)節(jié)裝置。

The high purity gas steel pressure reducing valve imported from Germany Locke is a pressure reducing valve which can reduce the high pressure gas in the high-purity gas cylinder to the low-pressure gas pressure required by experiments and working conditions. It is mainly used for export decompression of high purity gas cylinders in petrochemical industry, chemical fiber, lighting appliances, heat treatment, metallurgy, glass, food, medicine, electronics, national defense and aerospace.

High purity gas is usually stored in special high-pressure gas cylinder. When used, the gas pressure is reduced to the required range through the pressure reducing valve, and then the gas is input into the use system through fine adjustment of other control valves. Due to the high pressure in the cylinder of high purity gas, while the pressure required for gas welding, gas cutting and the point of use is relatively small, it is necessary to use a pressure reducer to reduce the high pressure gas stored in the cylinder into the low-pressure gas, and ensure that the working pressure required for the high-purity gas is stable from the beginning to the end.
