場(chǎng)上單一有機(jī)保溫材料易燃,存在安全隱患。無(wú)機(jī)材料保溫效果不理想。研制出高強(qiáng)輕質(zhì),防火保溫隔熱材料擁有廣闊市場(chǎng)空間。本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用水玻璃膠結(jié)經(jīng)硅氣凝膠浸泡后的膨脹珍珠巖顆粒,裝入模具熱壓制板。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,板材抗壓強(qiáng)度為0.2MPa—0.3MPa,分析硅氣凝膠未能充分浸入膨脹珍珠巖顆粒。憎水性材料,分析經(jīng)硅氣凝膠改性導(dǎo)致板材憎水性能增強(qiáng)。導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小可達(dá)0.049W·(m·k)-1,分析硅氣凝膠部分浸入顆粒內(nèi)部且充滿板材空隙,水玻璃密封效果較好。膨脹珍珠巖保溫板是集保溫、隔熱和防水功能于一體的新型外墻保溫板材。珍珠巖保溫板質(zhì)輕且保溫隔熱性能優(yōu)良,防火防塵防潮、不變形改性、不腐爛發(fā)霉、無(wú)毒無(wú)味憎水性能好(憎水率可達(dá)98%以上),施工安全簡(jiǎn)單易行,屋面與墻面粘貼均可以天然礦石為原料,有良好的環(huán)保性。但是珍珠巖在使用過(guò)程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生裂紋,產(chǎn)生裂紋

以脫硫石膏為膠凝材料,以膨脹珍珠巖為輕質(zhì)骨料,摻加適量的粉煤灰及其他外加劑,經(jīng)澆注成型制備膨脹珍珠巖保溫板。膨脹珍珠巖表面疏松多孔,其應(yīng)用受到了限制。采用VAE乳液包覆膨脹珍珠巖表面的孔,可降低其吸水率;或采用硬脂酸炒制膨脹珍珠巖,覆蓋在其表面和孔洞,使其由親水轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樵魉?也可降低其吸水率。通過(guò)試驗(yàn),摻加改性后膨脹珍珠巖的保溫材料的防水性能提高,吸水率下降。摻加VAE乳液改性的膨脹珍珠巖的保溫材料的力學(xué)性能和導(dǎo)熱性能有所改善。利用SEM測(cè)試手段對(duì)VAE改性的膨脹珍珠巖進(jìn)行微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析,同時(shí)探討其防水機(jī)理。
