一、進口低溫法蘭止回閥安裝與維護：

1,本閥門通路兩端須堵塞，存在干燥通風的室內。如長期存放，應經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。

2,安裝前應將閥門清洗干凈，并消除在運輸過程中造成的缺陷。

3,安裝時必須仔細核對閥門上的標志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。

4,升降式垂直瓣止回閥應安裝在垂直管道上。

5,升降式水平瓣止回閥應安裝在水平管道上。

6,在管線中不要使止回閥承受重量，大型的止回閥應獨立支撐，使之不受管系產生的壓力的影響。

7,安裝止回閥時，應特別注意介質流動方向，應使介質正常流動方向與閥體上指示的箭頭方向相一致，否則就會截斷介質的正常流動。底閥應安裝在水泵吸水管路的底端。

8,通式升降式止回閥應安裝于水平管路上,立式升降式止回閥和底閥一般安裝在垂直管路上,并且介質自下而上流動。

9,止回閥關閉時，會在管路中產生水錘壓力，嚴重時會導致閥門、管路或設備的損壞，尤其對于大口管路或高壓管路，故應引起止回閥選用者的高度注意。

6. Do not make the check valve bear the weight in the pipeline. The large check valve should be independently supported to prevent it from being affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system.

7. When installing the check valve, special attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off. The bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the water pump suction pipe.

8. The general lifting check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipeline, while the vertical lifting check valve and bottom valve are generally installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.

9. When the check valve is closed, there will be water hammer pressure in the pipeline, which will cause damage to the valve, pipeline or equipment in serious cases, especially for the large opening pipeline or high pressure pipeline, so it should be paid great attention by the check valve selector.

四、進口低溫法蘭止回閥產品簡介： 

德國LOCKE洛克進口低溫法蘭止回閥又稱低溫逆止閥、低溫單向閥、低溫逆流閥、和低溫背壓閥，是指采用法蘭的連接方式，在低溫貯槽上或者低溫管道系統(tǒng)，依靠介質本身流動而自動開、閉閥瓣，防止低溫介質液氧，液氮，液氬，液化天然氣，LO2、LN2、LAR、LNG等倒流的閥門，

 LOCKE低溫止回閥結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕，防止倒流零泄露，穩(wěn)定性好。

進口低溫法蘭止回閥采用深冷不銹鋼為主體材料，完全避免使用過程中密封變形泄露，浸漬聚四氟乙烯的石棉為填料以柔性石墨為密封材料。這種材料對氣體、液體均不滲透在厚度方向有10%-15 %的彈性較低的緊固壓力就可達到密封,具有自潤滑性用作，填料可以防止填料與閥桿的磨損。
