 泥漿固控系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代鉆井不可缺少的重要組成部分。它能保證鉆機(jī)在鉆井過程中泥漿的正常循環(huán)和性能穩(wěn)定，該產(chǎn)品主要由防爆型動(dòng)力、照明配電及控制裝置、雙激振雙層新型鉆井液振動(dòng)篩、離心真空除氣器、除砂清潔器、除泥清潔器、臥式離心機(jī)、立式砂泵、泥漿攪拌器、混合加藥漏斗、循環(huán)罐等固控設(shè)備組成，可有效對(duì)鉆井液進(jìn)行分離、攪拌和儲(chǔ)備，以滿足鉆井工程需要。我公司引進(jìn)、研制了一整套的固控系統(tǒng)，先后為ZJ40J、ZJ50D、ZJ70D、ZJ32、ZJ20B7等型號(hào)鉆機(jī)配套。

 Mud solid control system is an indispensable part of modern drilling. It can ensure that the drilling rig in the drilling process of the normal circulation and performance of the slurry, the product mainly by the explosion-proof power, lighting distribution and control devices, double-excited double-layer new drilling fluidshale shaker, centrifugal vacuum degassing, desilter,desander, horizontal centrifuges, vertical sand pumps, mud mixers, mixed dosing funnels, and tanks can be used to separate, agitate and reserve the drilling fluid to meet the drilling Engineering needs. The company, developed a set of solid control system, has ZJ40J, ZJ50D, ZJ70D, ZJ32, ZJ20B7 and other types of rig supporting.

泥漿循環(huán)罐采用了楞板結(jié)構(gòu)，“五級(jí)凈化、全流程控制、全防爆電路”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，深受井隊(duì)歡迎。

其主要特點(diǎn)：

(1) 罐體采用楞板結(jié)構(gòu)，具有強(qiáng)度高、美觀大方等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)減少了罐體的自身重量；

(2) 固控設(shè)備布局合理，達(dá)到五級(jí)凈化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（粗篩、除氣、除砂、除泥、離心），使泥漿性能得到進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化；

(3) 罐面采用鍍鋅鋼格板，具有美觀、輕便、耐腐蝕等特點(diǎn)；

(4) 罐體連接采用氣胎由壬加玻璃鋼管，具有安裝便捷、美觀、密封可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；

(5) 罐體容量大，有效容積可達(dá)300m³；

(6) 供水系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)控制，每個(gè)罐或隔倉都能達(dá)到同時(shí)均勻供水的要求。

(7)防腐徹底。利用噴砂除銹，噴涂海洋專用油漆等先進(jìn)工藝和材料，增強(qiáng)了罐體表面強(qiáng)度，確保了罐體美觀、耐用。

 The main features

1.With the corrugated sheet structure,the tank body has the advantage of high strength, elegant appearance,and reduce the weight of tank body.

2. The solids control equipments are rationally distributed,and up to five stages purification(rough screening,degas,desand,desilt and centrifugation),and optimum the performance of the mud.

3.With the zinc-coated steel grating,the tank level isfine-looking,

portable,corrosion-resistant,and so on.

4.The tank bodys are connected by pneumatic tyre unions and glass steel tubes,so they have the advantages of fine-looking,installation easily,reliable seel,and so on.

5.The tank body has a big capacity,usable capacity is up to 300m³.

6.The water supply is automatic control,and every tank or compartment can be supplied water at the same time.

7. Used ocean specialized paint for corrosion protection and well materials,the tank has high surface strength,and is fine-looking.
