水泥魚巢磚鋼模具設(shè)計方法及說明

魚巢磚護坡模具，而是是采用了固定的預(yù)制方案來生產(chǎn)處理，在進行加工的時候主要是分為了三部分，只要按照規(guī)定的方式進行加工的話，才可以保證生產(chǎn)出來的護坡磚預(yù)制件是合格的。

1. 使用魚巢磚護坡模具加工之前要進行拼接的處理，整個模具由于型號偏大，長度都是在一米左右，運輸?shù)臅r候會造成很大的不便，所以就要將整個模具拆開來進行運輸?shù)奶幚?，之后則是要注意好拼接時每個零件的使用，如果螺栓使用的規(guī)格不一致的話，就會造成組裝完成后不能夠正常的使用，也會導(dǎo)致澆筑上泥漿后有漏漿的危險情況。

2.魚巢磚護坡模具組裝完成后要在內(nèi)腔中涂刷上機油，當(dāng)更好的是涂刷上一定的脫模劑，脫模劑和機油都是用來進行模具保護的，如果說在生產(chǎn)時沒有來進行刷油這一步就會造成整個模具直接的和泥漿進行接觸。

3. 泥漿攪拌均勻后澆筑在模具中，可以拆入規(guī)定的振動棒來排除氣泡，這樣生產(chǎn)出來的魚巢磚護坡模具預(yù)制件就不會受到影響了，在凝固后才可以來進行脫模。

When it is better to apply certain release agent, both release agent and oil are used to protect the mould. If the oil is not applied in the production, the whole mould will directly contact with the mud.

3. After the slurry is evenly mixed and poured into the mold, the specified vibrator can be removed to eliminate the bubbles, so that the prefabricated parts of the slope protection mold of the fish nest brick produced will not be affected, and the demoulding can be carried out after the solidification.
