進(jìn)口雙聯(lián)過(guò)濾器是也稱雙聯(lián)切換過(guò)濾器，它是由兩臺(tái)不銹鋼過(guò)濾器并聯(lián)而成，具有結(jié)構(gòu)新穎合理、密封性好、流通能力強(qiáng)、操作簡(jiǎn)便等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，應(yīng)用范圍廣泛、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的多用途過(guò)濾設(shè)備。尤其是濾袋側(cè)漏機(jī)率小，能準(zhǔn)確地保證過(guò)濾精度，并能快捷地更換濾袋，過(guò)濾基本無(wú)物料消耗，使得操作成本降低。
Areas of application
The KDWF change-over filter consists of two KWF series filters with intermediate-positioned ball cock change-over.
It is a filter for liquid, gaseous, or pasty media that offers versatile implementation. It is characterized by high performance, low spatial requirements, as well as fast and easy cleaning.Inlet and outlet flange can be positioned as desired.
Brief description
In the standard version the filter consists of two welded steel vessels with covers that are fastened via screws and nuts. Alternatively the filter can be equipped with a strainer, ringer strainer insert or cartridges, or bag filters.
Installation
The filter is installed in pipelines via flanges. Ensure that the standard version filter is installed vertically without additional mechanical stress, tension-free.The medium must flow in the direction specified on the vessel. Incorrect installation can cause malfunctions and damage to the filter.
Commissioning/operating instructions
1. Open the vent until liquid escapes.
2. Close vent.
3. Filter is ready for operation.
4. The lever points toward the filter pot that is in operation.
