一、進(jìn)口壓力自密封鍛鋼閘閥產(chǎn)品描述：

德國《LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口壓力自密封鍛鋼閘閥(Pressure self sealing forged steel gate valve)有三種閥蓋設(shè)計形式。第一種是螺栓式閥蓋，按這種設(shè)計形式設(shè)計的閥門，其閥體與閥蓋用螺栓螺母連接，纏繞式墊片 (316夾柔性石墨制造)密封。客戶有特殊要求時也可采用金屬環(huán)連接。第二種設(shè)計形式是焊接式閥蓋，按這種設(shè)計形式的閥門，其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接，全焊密封?？蛻粲刑厥庖髸r也可采用全焊逶連接。第三種是壓力自緊式閥蓋，按這種設(shè)計形式設(shè)計的閥門，其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接，內(nèi)壓自密封環(huán)密封。

There are three design forms of pressure self sealing forged steel gate valve. The first type is bolted bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, and the spiral wound gasket (made of 316 clip of flexible graphite) is sealed. Metal ring connection can also be used when customers have special requirements. The second design is welded bonnet, according to this design, the valve body and bonnet are connected by thread and sealed by full welding. When customers have special requirements, they can also use full welded wire connection. The third type is pressure self tightening bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by thread and sealed by internal pressure self sealing ring.

1.鍛鋼閥門采用壓力自緊式密封，閥體支管兩端為焊接連接。

2.閥坐、閥瓣密封面采用鈷基硬質(zhì)合金等離子噴焊而成，耐磨、抗擦傷性能好。

3.閥桿經(jīng)抗腐蝕性氮化處理，有良好的抗腐蝕性和抗擦傷性。

1. Forged steel valve adopts pressure self tightening seal, and both ends of branch pipe of valve body are welded.

2. The sealing surface of valve seat and disc is made of cobalt based carbide plasma spray welding, with good wear resistance and scratch resistance.

3. The valve rod has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance after anti-corrosion nitriding treatment.
