四、進口保溫蝶閥工作原理：

保溫蝶閥就是在傳統(tǒng)的蝶閥的基礎(chǔ)上，在外部焊接了一個金屬夾套，可以向這個夾套中沖入蒸汽、導熱油、冷卻水等這些在常溫下會凝固的高粘度、蒸汽或其它保溫、保冷介質(zhì)，來起到保溫保冷的作用。

夾套中的介質(zhì)與管道中的介質(zhì)的溫度是相同的，一旦外界的溫度過低或者過高的時候，高溫或者低溫首先接觸的就是夾套中的介質(zhì)，正是因為這些介質(zhì)，所以外界的溫度才不能傳遞到管道內(nèi)的介質(zhì)。所以能夠起到良好的保溫、保冷的作用。這樣一來介質(zhì)就不會出現(xiàn)結(jié)晶、凝固、粘稠的現(xiàn)象，保證了介質(zhì)的正常輸送。
