三、進口通風蝶閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1、采用中線式碟板與短結(jié)構(gòu)鋼板焊接的新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式設計制造的，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、便于安裝、流阻小、流通量大，避免高溫膨脹的影響，操作輕便。

四、進口通風蝶閥安裝于維護：

 1、安裝位置、高度、進出口方向必須符合設計要求，注意介質(zhì)流動的方向應與閥體所標箭頭方向一致，連接應牢固緊密。

2、閥門安裝前必須進行外觀檢查，閥門的銘牌應符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《通用閥門標志》GB 12220的規(guī)定。對于工作壓力大于1.0 MPa 及在主干管上起到切斷作用的閥門，安裝前應進行強度和嚴密性能試驗，合格后方準使用。強度試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，持續(xù)時間不少于5min，閥門殼體、填料應無滲漏為合格。嚴密性試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍；試驗持續(xù)的時間符合GB 50243要求。

2. Visual inspection must be carried out before the installation of the valve, and the nameplate of the valve shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard general valve marking (GB 12220). For the valve with working pressure greater than 1.0 MPa and cut-off function on the main pipe, strength and tightness performance test shall be carried out before installation, and the valve can only be used after it is qualified. During the strength test, the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5min. The valve shell and packing shall be qualified if there is no leakage. During the tightness test, the test pressure is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; the test duration meets the requirements of GB 50243.
