一、進口氣動蝶閥產(chǎn)品簡介：

Locke pneumatic butterfly valve, imported from Germany, is driven by fork out actuator, with reasonable structure and large output torque. The main structural features of double acting and single acting butterfly valves are wafer type and flange three eccentric structure. The valve body is designed as a single flange structure with screw holes with lugs around. Three eccentric structure, reliable sealing performance, ensure that the butterfly valve does not contact the sealing seat when opening, eliminate the uneven load of the sealing seat, extend the service life, ensure reliable sealing performance, with the advantages of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. Butterfly valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, such as industrial environmental water treatment, high-rise buildings, water supply and drainage pipes.

二、進口氣動蝶閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1、本閥采用雙偏心結(jié)構(gòu)，具有越關(guān)越緊的密封功能，密封性能可靠。

2、密封副材料選用不銹鋼和丁腈耐油橡膠配對，使用壽命長。

3、橡膠密封圈即可位于閥體上，也可以位于蝶板上，可適用不同特點的介質(zhì)，供用戶選擇。

4、蝶板采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)，強度高，過流面積大，流阻小。

5、整體烤漆、能有效地防止銹蝕且只要更換密封閥座密封材料，就可使用于不同介質(zhì)

6、本閥具有雙向密封功能，安裝時不受介質(zhì)流向的控制，也不受空間位置的影響，可在任何方向安裝。

7、本閥結(jié)構(gòu)獨特，操作靈活，省力，方便。

三、進口氣動蝶閥安裝說明：  

1、蝶閥在安裝時，閥瓣要停在關(guān)閉的位置上。

2、蝶閥開啟位置應(yīng)按蝶板的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度來確定。

3、蝶閥帶有旁通閥的蝶閥，開啟前應(yīng)先打開旁通閥。

4、蝶閥應(yīng)按制造廠的安裝廠家進行安裝，重量大的蝶閥，應(yīng)設(shè)置牢固的基礎(chǔ)。

1. When the butterfly valve is installed, the disc shall be stopped at the closed position.

2. The opening position of butterfly valve shall be determined according to the rotation angle of butterfly plate.

3. For butterfly valve with bypass valve, the bypass valve shall be opened before opening.

4. The butterfly valve shall be installed according to the manufacturer's installation manufacturer, and the heavy butterfly valve shall be provided with a solid foundation.
