一、進口可調式減壓閥描述:

三、進口可調式減壓閥結構特點:
1、閥體采用了全通道、直流式、流線型設計。水力損失小,節(jié)能效果好。
2、防止水錘效果好,將緩開、止回速閉、緩閉等消除水錘的技術一體化,防止開泵不錘和停泵倒流與水錘對供水管路和水泵的損害。
3、操作方便,無需為閥門另配電控系統(tǒng),閥門隨水泵的開啟與停止自動并按順序完成控制功能。通過設定調節(jié)閥開度可得到合適的控制參數(shù)。

The valve will automatically and sequentially complete the control function with the opening and stopping of the water pump. The appropriate control parameters can be obtained by setting the opening of the control valve.
四、進口可調式減壓閥工作原理:
當管道從進水端給水時,水流過針型調節(jié)閥進入主閥控制室,出口壓力通過導管作用到導閥上,當出口壓力高于導閥設定值時,導閥關閉,控制室停止排水,此時主閥控制室內壓力升高并關閉主閥,出口壓力不再升高。
當出口壓力降到導閥設定壓力時導閥開啟,控制室向下游排水。由于導閥的排水量大于針型調節(jié)閥的進水量,主閥控制室壓力下降,進口壓力使主閥開啟。穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下,控制室進水、排水相同,開度不變,出口壓力不變。
調節(jié)導閥彈簧即可設定出口壓力。
安裝好此閥后,如果出口壓力值不適合現(xiàn)場要求,則可以通過如下方法對此閥進行調節(jié):首先松開減壓導閥平螺母,然后根據(jù)現(xiàn)場要求用M6內六角扳手或順時針或逆時針調節(jié)調節(jié)螺母。順時針調節(jié)減壓導閥上的調節(jié)螺母時,出口壓力升高;逆時針調節(jié)調節(jié)螺母時,出口壓力降低。調節(jié)到能滿足現(xiàn)場要求后,上好平螺母。

In the stable state, the water inlet and drainage of the control room are the same, the opening is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is unchanged.
Adjust the guide valve spring to set the outlet pressure.
After the installation of the valve, if the outlet pressure value is not suitable for the site requirements, the valve can be adjusted by the following methods: first, loosen the flat nut of the pressure reducing pilot valve, and then adjust the adjusting nut with the M6 Allen wrench or clockwise or anticlockwise according to the site requirements. When adjusting the adjusting nut on the pressure reducing pilot valve clockwise, the outlet pressure increases; when adjusting the adjusting nut counterclockwise, the outlet pressure decreases. After adjusting to meet the site requirements, install the flat nut.
