一、進(jìn)口煤氣減壓閥描述：

德國LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口煤氣減壓閥主要用于氣體管路，如空氣、氮?dú)?、氧氣、氫氣、煤氣、液化氣、天然氣等氣體。煤氣減壓閥屬于先導(dǎo)活塞式減壓閥。由主閥和導(dǎo)閥兩部分組成。主閥主要由閥座、主閥盤、活塞、彈簧等零件組成。導(dǎo)閥主要由閥座、閥瓣、膜片、彈簧、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成。通過調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力、利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化，通過導(dǎo)閥啟閉驅(qū)動活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過流面積的大小，實現(xiàn)減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。

四、進(jìn)口煤氣減壓閥安裝和維護(hù)應(yīng)注意以下事項：

1、為了操作和維護(hù)方便，該閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上。

2、安裝時應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥休上所示箭頭的方向一致。

3、為了防止閥后壓力超壓，應(yīng)在離閥出口不少于4M處安裝一個減壓閥。
