一、進(jìn)口煤氣減壓閥描述:
德國LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口煤氣減壓閥主要用于氣體管路,如空氣、氮?dú)?、氧氣、氫氣、煤氣、液化氣、天然氣等氣體。煤氣減壓閥屬于先導(dǎo)活塞式減壓閥。由主閥和導(dǎo)閥兩部分組成。主閥主要由閥座、主閥盤、活塞、彈簧等零件組成。導(dǎo)閥主要由閥座、閥瓣、膜片、彈簧、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成。通過調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力、利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化,通過導(dǎo)閥啟閉驅(qū)動活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過流面積的大小,實現(xiàn)減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。
Locke lock gas pressure reducing valve is mainly used in gas pipeline, such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, gas, liquefied gas, natural gas and other gases. The gas pressure reducing valve belongs to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve. It is composed of main valve and pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, regulating spring and other parts. Through adjusting and adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, using the diaphragm to sense the outlet pressure change, and through the pilot valve to open and close the driving piston to adjust the size of the flow area of the throttle part of the main valve, the pressure reducing and stabilizing function is realized.

四、進(jìn)口煤氣減壓閥安裝和維護(hù)應(yīng)注意以下事項:
1、為了操作和維護(hù)方便,該閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上。
2、安裝時應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥休上所示箭頭的方向一致。
3、為了防止閥后壓力超壓,應(yīng)在離閥出口不少于4M處安裝一個減壓閥。

2. During installation, the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline shall be consistent with the direction of the arrow shown on the valve seat.

五、進(jìn)口煤氣減壓閥選型:
1、根據(jù)使用工況確定減壓閥的類型和調(diào)壓精度。
2、根據(jù)所需最大輸出流量選擇合適的通徑。
3、根據(jù)使用工況需要確定進(jìn)口壓力和出口壓力。
