一、進(jìn)口氧氣減壓閥描述：

德國(guó)LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口氧氣減壓閥，也叫氧氣瓶減壓器，（oxygen cylinder pressure relief valve），就是指閥體采用去油脫脂的不銹鋼材質(zhì)，將氧氣鋼瓶中的高壓氣體減為實(shí)驗(yàn)及工況所需的低壓氣體壓力的減壓閥。采用活塞式減壓結(jié)構(gòu)，輸出壓力穩(wěn)定，主要用于石油化工、化纖、照明電器、熱處理、冶金、玻璃、食品、醫(yī)藥、電子、國(guó)防航天、航空等主導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域的氧氣鋼瓶的出口減壓。

氧氣一般都是貯存在專用的高壓氣體鋼瓶中，使用時(shí)通過減壓閥使氣體壓力降至實(shí)驗(yàn)所需范圍，再經(jīng)過其它控制閥門細(xì)調(diào)，使氣體輸入使用系統(tǒng)。由于氧氣氣瓶?jī)?nèi)壓力較高，而氣焊和氣割和使用點(diǎn)所需的壓力卻較小，所以需要用減壓器來把氧氣儲(chǔ)存在氣瓶?jī)?nèi)的較高壓力的氣體降為低壓氣體，并應(yīng)保證氧氣所需的工作壓力自始至終保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。進(jìn)口氧氣減壓器是將高壓氧氣降為低壓氣體、并保持輸出氧氣的壓力和流量穩(wěn)定不變的調(diào)節(jié)裝置。

The oxygen pressure relief valve imported from locklock, Germany, is also called oxygen cylinder pressure relief valve. It refers to the pressure relief valve whose valve body is made of degreased stainless steel to reduce the high-pressure gas in the oxygen cylinder to the low-pressure gas pressure required by experiments and working conditions. It adopts piston type pressure reducing structure, with stable output pressure, and is mainly used for the export pressure reduction of oxygen cylinders in the leading fields of petrochemical industry, chemical fiber, lighting appliances, heat treatment, metallurgy, glass, food, medicine, electronics, national defense, aerospace, aviation, etc.

Oxygen is generally stored in a special high-pressure gas cylinder. When in use, the pressure of the gas is reduced to the required range of the experiment through the pressure reducing valve, and then the gas is input into the use system through other control valves. Since the pressure in the oxygen cylinder is high, but the pressure required for gas welding, gas cutting and use point is small, it is necessary to use a pressure reducer to reduce the high pressure gas stored in the cylinder to low pressure gas, and ensure that the working pressure required for oxygen is stable from beginning to end. The inlet oxygen decompressor is a regulating device which reduces the high pressure oxygen to the low pressure gas and keeps the pressure and flow of the output oxygen stable.
