采用電子試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)鐵路軌道系統(tǒng)(CRTS)Ⅰ型板式無砟軌道水泥乳化瀝青砂漿(CA砂漿)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣試件進(jìn)行反復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)采用恒應(yīng)變控制.結(jié)果表明:單調(diào)加載情況下CA砂漿的極限抗壓強(qiáng)度較大,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣試件的極限抗壓強(qiáng)度較室內(nèi)試件大;反復(fù)荷載會(huì)造成CA砂漿損傷不斷積累,從而使其承載能力達(dá)到極限承載強(qiáng)度后迅速下降.通過試驗(yàn)和參數(shù)研究,提出了CRTSⅠ型板式無砟軌道CA砂漿的反復(fù)荷載應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線方程,理論計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合.
為了解決采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)方法無法測(cè)試早齡期混凝土彈性模量的問題,采用溫度-應(yīng)力試驗(yàn)法,選用測(cè)量精度為0.1kN的高精度荷載傳感器,控制混凝土試件在極短時(shí)間(5s)內(nèi)的位移量為10~15μm,可以準(zhǔn)確測(cè)得早齡期的混凝土彈性模量.綜合采用溫度-應(yīng)力試驗(yàn)測(cè)得的48h內(nèi)的彈性模量數(shù)據(jù)與采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)法測(cè)得的3~28d的彈性模量數(shù)據(jù),建立了以等效齡期作為時(shí)間尺度、以零應(yīng)力時(shí)間為起始測(cè)試點(diǎn)的混凝土彈性模量隨時(shí)間發(fā)展的函數(shù)關(guān)系.
