簡介:不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)是采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼絲在特定的高溫工藝條件下,經(jīng)過拉絲機拉伸到規(guī)定的絲徑,然后在恒溫、無塵、潔凈的廠房里通過編織機編織而成。
特點:結構精密,網(wǎng)眼均勻,過濾精度好,耐磨,耐高溫,抗酸性強,耐腐蝕的特性。
材質(zhì):不銹鋼絲、鎳絲、黃銅絲。不銹鋼絲的材質(zhì)又分為:SUS302、304、304L、316、316L、430、430A等。
性能參數(shù):高目數(shù)不銹鋼絲網(wǎng) 325目-635目(高密度不銹鋼過濾網(wǎng)),普通不銹鋼絲網(wǎng) 8目-300目。
寬度: 1米— 8米 (根據(jù)用戶要求也可裁成0.05—0.99米的網(wǎng)條)。
編織方式:平紋編織、斜紋編織、密紋編織,反差編織,五綜編織。其中密紋網(wǎng)包括平紋 - 密紋,斜紋 - 密紋。
平紋編織:每根經(jīng)絲交叉地在每根緯絲上下穿過,徑絲和緯絲一樣粗細,經(jīng)線和緯線成90度角的編織方式。
斜紋編織:每根經(jīng)絲交叉地在每2根緯絲上下穿過,每根緯絲交叉地在每2根徑絲上下穿過的編織方式。
席型網(wǎng)平紋編織:每根徑絲交叉地在一根緯絲上下穿過,每根緯絲交叉地在一根徑絲上下穿過的編織方式。經(jīng)絲比緯絲粗。
席型網(wǎng)斜紋編織:每根徑絲交叉地在每2根緯絲上下穿過,每根緯絲交叉地在每2根徑絲上下穿過的編織方式。
雙絲荷蘭編織:這種編織和斜紋荷蘭編織很相似,緯線有兩根,能夠與經(jīng)線疊靠緊密。這種絲布多用于過濾微米級別的過濾。
五綜編織這種編織經(jīng)絲和緯絲都不是選用單絲而是用幾根分開的絲進行編織的。這種編織是在斜紋編織基礎上提供更結實有力的不銹鋼絲布。
反差編織:外觀上的不同點是與標準的編織方法用了更多量彎絲和少量緯絲,反差式織法的緯線比經(jīng)線粗很多。
不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)的用途:
用于酸、堿環(huán)境條件下篩分和過濾。
石油工業(yè)作泥漿網(wǎng)、化工化纖工業(yè)作篩濾網(wǎng)、電鍍工業(yè)作酸洗網(wǎng)。
用于工業(yè)及建筑業(yè),篩選砂粒,過濾液體及氣體。
造紙,印刷行業(yè)。
不銹鋼網(wǎng)包裝:內(nèi)襯防潮紙,外用木箱。
