單證冊(cè)核銷
ATA單證冊(cè)使用完畢后須及時(shí)申請(qǐng)核銷，建議持證人在旅行結(jié)束后15日內(nèi)，向ATA單證冊(cè)的原簽證商會(huì)申請(qǐng)核銷。

擔(dān)保形式和費(fèi)用
ATA擔(dān)保形式為押金、銀行保函、保險(xiǎn)公司保函、貿(mào)促會(huì)認(rèn)可的書面保證； 擔(dān)保金額按貿(mào)促會(huì)制定的《擔(dān)保費(fèi)率表》計(jì)算，以總清單總價(jià)值為基數(shù)，以前往國(guó)家擔(dān)保費(fèi)率為比率計(jì)算。當(dāng)一份單證冊(cè)在前往多個(gè)國(guó)家（包括過(guò)境國(guó)）時(shí)，按照這幾個(gè)國(guó)家中最高的那個(gè)國(guó)家來(lái)確定擔(dān)保費(fèi)率。

ATA的好處
ATA單證冊(cè)一方面替代了其他的報(bào)關(guān)單據(jù)；另一方面使持證人不必再向海關(guān)交納押金或申請(qǐng)臨時(shí)進(jìn)口擔(dān)保。在辦理貨物的報(bào)關(guān)手續(xù)時(shí)，持證人只需出示ATA單證冊(cè)，由海關(guān)查驗(yàn)簽注即可。

ATA單證有效期
按照《ATA公約》的規(guī)定，ATA單證冊(cè)的有效期最長(zhǎng)為一年。該期限不能延長(zhǎng)，但對(duì)于在有效期內(nèi)不能完成任務(wù)的情況，可以辦理續(xù)簽單證冊(cè)。

不適用ATA的貨物
 易腐爛或易消耗的物品；  以銷售為進(jìn)口目的的貨物；  打算贈(zèng)送的貨物；  以加工或維修為進(jìn)口目的的貨物；  用于工業(yè)制造、貨物包裝、資源開(kāi)發(fā)、建筑物的建造與維修、挖掘及類似工程所需的設(shè)備。

Guarantee form and fees
ATA guarantees are in the form of deposits, bank guarantees, insurance company guarantees, or written guarantees recognized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade; The guarantee amount is calculated according to the Guarantee Rate Table formulated by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, based on the total value of the total list, and calculated at the rate of the guarantee rate to the country. When a document is traveling to multiple countries (including transit countries), the guarantee rate is determined based on the highest country among these countries.

The benefits of ATA
The ATA document book replaces other customs declaration documents on the one hand; On the other hand, it eliminates the need for the holder to pay a deposit or apply for temporary import guarantee to the customs. When handling the customs declaration procedures for the goods, the holder only needs to present the ATA document book, which can be inspected and signed by the customs.

ATA document validity period
According to the provisions of the ATA Convention, the maximum validity period of the ATA document book is one year. The deadline cannot be extended, but for situations where the task cannot be completed within the validity period, a renewal certificate can be processed.

Goods that are not eligible for ATA
Perishable or consumable items; Goods imported for sales purposes; Goods intended for gift; Goods imported for processing or maintenance purposes; Equipment required for industrial manufacturing, goods packaging, resource development, building construction and maintenance, excavation, and similar engineering.
