TexTrit? Aquabrother 適用于棉及其混紡織物的吸濕排汗功能整理劑，經(jīng)本品處理后的織物，具有優(yōu)良的手感，同時賦予纖維素纖維及其混紡織物具有好的親水、吸濕排汗性能。TexTrit? Aquabrother賦予織物有一定的抗靜電效果，能改善易去污效果。

二、使用方法

1.浸漬工藝：

TexTrit? Aquabrother         1-2%（對織物重）

溫度                          30-40℃

時間                          15-20 min

2.浸軋?zhí)幚?/span>

TexTrit? Aquabrother         15-30g/L

軋液率                        70%

浸軋→烘干（110℃×1-3分鐘）→定形（150-170℃×1-2分鐘）

注意事項

1.請盡早使用調(diào)配好的工作液， 避免加工液的再使用

2.請事前通過試驗確認(rèn)TexTrit? Aquabrother 對各種牢度的影響

3.化料時用冷水或溫水（30-40℃），可保證產(chǎn)品良好的加工穩(wěn)定性和持久效果

4.本品對織物色光影響較小

5.冬天溫度變冷粘度適當(dāng)增加，不影響使用

貯    存

TexTrit? Aquabrother 包裝: 25KG 塑料桶，貯存期為12個月

室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。

TexTrit? Aquabrother

A moisture absorbent and persperation conducting finishing agent suitable for cotton and its blended textiles. After treated with the product, textiles will have excellent hand feeling. In the meantime,materials like cellulosic fibers and the blended textiles will be endowed with superb hydrophilic and moisture absorbent & persperation conducting performance. TexTrit Aquabrother gives textiles a certain degree of anti-static effect and it can improve soil releasing.

Characteristics:

1. TexTrit? Aquabrother improves the water absorbency performance durably of cotton and its blended fabrics and textiles.

2. Makes cotton and its blends soft and hydrophilic, reducing scratches, wrinkles and creases.

3. With good compatibility, can be mixed with other products from our company to create high concentration product.

4. Endows fabrics with excellent moisture absorbency and persperation release.

Usage:

1.Impregnation process:

TexTrit? Aquabrother:          1-2% (against textile weight)

Temperature:                       30-40℃

Duration:                          15-20 min

2.Padding treatment

TexTrit Aquabrother:           15-30g/L

Liquid retention rate:                70%

Padding →baking (110℃×1-3 min)→heat setting (150-170℃×1-2 min)

Attentions:

1.Please consume the prepared working solution as soon as possible to avoid deposition of the solution.

2.Please confirm through test in advance the influence of the product on various types of color fastness.

3.Dissolve with cold or hot water (30-40℃), which can guarantee good stability in the process and its durability.

4.It has little influence on the color of textiles.

5.Its viscosity increases when temperature is low in winter, which doesn’t affect usage.

Storage:

1.TexTrit? Aquabrother package: 25Kg/plastic barrel.

2.Storage time: 12 months.

3.Keep indoor and avoid overheat or severe cold.
