TexTrit? BIG MAX

TexTrit? BIG MAX是適用于滌綸，錦綸，棉，粘膠及混紡等規(guī)格的纖維紡織品，TexTrit? BIG MAX具有良好的吸收紫外線的性能，還在此基礎(chǔ)上提升部分織物染料的耐日曬牢度，尤其適合滌綸織物，可有良好的耐日曬功能，染色同浴使用，耐水洗效果可達100次以上。

二、使用方法

稀釋方法：先將 TexTrit? BIG MAX 化料，再一邊攪拌一邊慢慢加水，稀釋到所需要的濃度

一、浸軋法

用量： 20-50 g/L  軋液率：60-80%    烘干：130-150℃

二、浸漬法

用量：2-5 % o.w.f.  pH 值:4.5-5.5（醋酸調(diào)節(jié)）

溫度：40℃          時間：20 分鐘

烘干：130-150℃

產(chǎn)品性能

化料時用冷水或溫水（約30- 40℃），可保證產(chǎn)品良好的加工穩(wěn)定性和抗紫外效果。但如果使用了纖維消光劑或織物的組織結(jié)構(gòu)過于疏松，整理效果會有所下降；對織物色光影響小。

貯    存

大白 BIG MAX 不要存放于 0℃以下或 40℃以上；該產(chǎn)品為高分散懸浮液，靜置一段時間后有一定程度分層，屬正?，F(xiàn)象，攪拌均勻后可照常使用。包裝有：25KG、50KG 、60KG 塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個月。

TexTrit? BIG MAX is suitable for polyester, nylon, cotton, viscose and blended fiber textiles. It not only has excellent UV absorption performance, but also improves the color fastness to sunlight of some fabric. It’s especially suitable for polyester fabric, bringing excellent sunlight resistance function. It can be added in the dye bath directly, and the fabric will endure washing for more than 100 times.

Usage:

Dilution method: Dissolve the product first, then add more water slowly while stirring, finally dilute to the required concentration.

1. Dip rolling method

Dosage: 20-50g/L    Rolling liquid rate: 60-80%    Drying: 130-150 ℃

2. Immersion method

Dosage: 2-5% o.w.f.     pH: 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Temperature: 40 ℃    Duration: 20 minutes

Drying: 130-150 ℃

Attentions:

Use cold or warm water (about 30-40 ℃)for diluting to ensure good stability and anti-UV effect of the product. However, if fiber matting agent is used or the fabric structure is too loose, the overall effect will be reduced, but the influence on the fabric color is small.

Storage:

Do not store the product below 0 ℃ or above 40 ℃; the product is a highly dispersed suspension liquid and will has some stratification after being put for a period of time, which is a normal phenomenon. It can be used as usual after being stirred evenly. Package: 25kg, 50kg or 120kg plastic barrel. Storage period: 12 months.
