抗菌防臭整理劑TexTrit?CAPTAIN A-C是一種有機(jī)胍類高分子抗菌整理劑。適用于如棉、黏膠、滌綸、尼龍等天然、合成及其混紡織物。主要應(yīng)用在服裝、家紡、墻布、地毯、醫(yī)用防護(hù)無(wú)紡布等產(chǎn)品.

使用方法

首先稱取抗菌防臭整理劑，攪拌同時(shí)加水，然后稀釋到所需要的濃度。按照如下工藝進(jìn)行生產(chǎn):

1.浸軋法

抗菌防臭整理制: 20-40g/L, pH值: 6左右， 軋液率: 65-75%

工藝: 110℃烘干，然后150℃定型60-90秒

2.浸漬法

抗菌防臭整理劑: 1-3% (owf). pH值: 6左右

工藝:浴比1: 10, 20℃浸漬處理20-30分鐘，脫水(帶液率60-110%)，烘干

3.噴灑法

配制成50-60g\L (根據(jù)實(shí)際情況配制相應(yīng)要求濃度）的溶液，噴灑在需要處理的產(chǎn)品表面，自然晾曬或烘干

特點(diǎn)

1.本產(chǎn)品抑菌防臭能力強(qiáng)，對(duì)大腸桿菌金黃色葡萄球菌，白色念珠菌等，均有明顯的抑制功效。

2和常規(guī)柔軟劑具有良好的相容性。適于浸軋、浸漬、噴繪等多種工藝。

3本產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒，對(duì)皮膚無(wú)刺激，符合REACH法規(guī)和OEKO-TEX 100不含甲醛和重金屬離子等有害物質(zhì)。

4、化料時(shí)用冷水或溫水(約30 -40℃) ,可保證產(chǎn)品良好的加工穩(wěn)定性和抗菌效果.

5、如果與纖維消光劑或者硅油整理劑同浴，整理效果會(huì)有所下降:或織物的組織結(jié)構(gòu)過(guò)于疏松對(duì)抗菌檢測(cè)也有影響，

6、與其它陰離子型等助劑復(fù)配使用時(shí)，務(wù)必通過(guò)預(yù)備試樣確認(rèn)相容穩(wěn)定性。

貯存

TexTrit CAPTAIN A-C包裝: 25KG塑料桶，貯存期為12個(gè)月。

室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。

Antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent TexTrit?CAPTAIN A-C is an organic guanidine polymer antibacterial finishing agent. Suitable for natural, synthetic and blended fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon, etc. Mainly used in clothing, home textiles, wall coverings, carpets, medical protective non-woven fabrics and other products.

Usage：

First weigh the TexTrit?CAPTAIN A-C, add water while stirring, and then dilute to the required concentration. Production is carried out according to the following process:

1. Padding method：

TexTrit?CAPTAIN A-C: 20-40g/L, pH value: 6 , rolling rate: 65-75%

Process: drying at 110°C, then setting at 150°C for 60-90 seconds

2. Impregnation method：

TexTrit?CAPTAIN A-C: 1-3% (o.w.f). pH: about 6

Process: Bath ratio 1:10, 20-30 minutes of impregnation treatment at 20°C, dehydration (60-110% liquid-carrying rate), drying 

3. Spraying method

Prepared into a solution of 50-60g\L (preparation of the corresponding required concentration according to the actual situation), sprayed on the surface of the product to be treated, and dried or dried naturally

Characteristics:

1. This product has strong antibacterial and deodorant ability, and has obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, etc.

2. It has good compatibility with conventional softeners. It is suitable for various processes such as padding, dipping, and spray painting.

3.This product is non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, conforms to REACH regulations and OEKO-TEX 100 does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions.

4. Use cold water or warm water (about 30 -40°C) when compounding, which can ensure the good processing stability and antibacterial effect of the product.

5. If it is bathed with fiber matting agent or silicone oil finishing agent, the finishing effect will be reduced: or the structure of the fabric is too loose, which will also affect the antibacterial detection.

6. When compounding with other anionic additives, be sure to confirm compatibility and stability through preliminary samples. 

Storage:

TexTrit CAPTAIN A-C packaging: 25KG plastic drum, storage period is 12 months.

Store indoors to avoid high temperature and severe cold.
