鍍鋅板與鍍鋁鋅板的區(qū)別主要在于鍍層的不同，鍍鋅板的表面均勻地分布著一層鋅材料，對(duì)母材起著陽(yáng)極保護(hù)的作用，

也就是說(shuō)鋅材料的替代性腐蝕保護(hù)了母材的使用，只有當(dāng)鋅全部腐蝕完了才能傷害到里面的母材。按后處理的形態(tài)，鍍鋅板分為鈍化、涂油、

鈍化涂油、漆封、磷化或不處理等類(lèi)別。(1)鈍化鍍鋅板：鈍化鍍鋅板是為了減少在潮濕條件下產(chǎn)生白銹，

在鍍鋅以后的產(chǎn)品表面進(jìn)一步涂敷一層鈍化保護(hù)膜。按鈍化膜，的種類(lèi)又分為六價(jià)鉻鈍化、三階鉻鈍化、無(wú)鉻鈍化等產(chǎn)品，一般不用于鋅鐵合金板。
