寶鋼彩涂鋼板采用的卷鋼涂料均是由國際知名的涂料公司提供,目前包括上海振華、BECKER（貝科）、VALSPAR（威士伯）、NIPPON(立邦)、

AKZO NOBEL（阿克蘇諾貝爾）等5家公司是寶鋼彩涂機組具備供應(yīng)資質(zhì)的卷鋼涂料供應(yīng)商。這些卷鋼涂料供應(yīng)商均與寶鋼合作多年。

寶鋼彩涂產(chǎn)品的膜厚嚴格按照寶鋼Q/BQB440相關(guān)條款進行管理。例如，市場上需求量較大的寶鋼普通聚酯彩涂鋼板，

其上表面總膜厚保證≥20μm（微米）。為了保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)保年限，寶鋼部分產(chǎn)品（高耐候聚酯產(chǎn)品、氟碳等）也會提高相應(yīng)的膜厚控制標準

（膜厚控制目標：高耐候22um（微米），氟碳23um（微米）。

The film thickness of Baosteel color coating products is strictly managed in accordance with the relevant provisions of Baosteel Q / BQB440. For example,

in the large market demand of Baosteel ordinary polyester color-coated steel plate,

the total film thickness of the upper surface is guaranteed to be 20 m (micron). In order to ensure the warranty life of the products,

some baosteel products (high weather resistance polyester products, fluorocarbon, etc.)

will also improve the corresponding membrane thickness control standard (membrane thickness control target: high weather resistance 22um (micron),

fluorocarbon 23um (micron).
